Usually I love playa bowls but this location falls short in more ways than one. For starters there was only one employee in the whole store which is a major safety issue. It gives the impression that the management is too cheap to properly staff their location. The lobby was also not clean which wasn’t the employees fault because they were busy. What should have been a quick smoothie run turned into waiting 30 minutes and my family never wanting to go back since it was their first time trying it. I still enjoy playa bowls but just save yourself the trouble and drive a few miles to the next location.

I visited Playa Bowls on October 27 around 7:51 PM and unfortunately found a hair in my bowl. My friend and I spent $32.10 total — I ordered a green bowl with strawberries. The hair wasn’t mine (I have dark brown hair and my friend’s hait is black), and even though I tried to take a photo, it barely showed because the hair was very light/blonde. As a local who’s been coming here since the very beginning, I was one of the first people excited to see Playa open in my city. It’s honestly disappointing to see the service decline over time. I understand everyone has off days, but I work hard for my money, and when I choose to treat myself to something I enjoy, I expect the same level of quality and care Playa used to have. This really isn’t the standard it once was.

Guy at the counter was incredibly nice. Our bowls were super good.
Multiple times coming to this location there has been issues with the staff that work at this location just displaying rude behavior. This one new employee that just started there Cole, when I requested for an extra add-on in which he confirmed at the time I asked for it, he failed to charge me or put it in the bowl, moments after when I returned in the store to ask about the add on and pay for his mistake he failed to add in, He in front of his girlfriend told me to hurry up tap to pay and get out of the store. When clearly based on my points I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and to be spoken to like that is uncalled for.
