Rice and beans and Caesar salad have been pretty good but the fourth time I’ve gone there some parts of the chicken are decent and tender. I ordered a half dark meat chicken, but it’s always overcooked and dry on the outside.. four times in a row ! It reminded me of the the turkey on vacation Griswald family Christmas when they overcooked the turkey. Not as good as other Pollo tropicals.. Id avoid this one if I were you should be better than that, especially how much you’re charging now too

The staff there was extremely AND I MEAN EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I had my children with me to get some food and the lady at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD NO PATIENCE WHATSOEVER TO GIVE ME TOME TO ORDER AND THEN WHEN I GOT OUT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER SHE ACTED AS IF I WAS WRONG FOR THE EMPLOYEE BEING RUDE

Not only the price is constantly increasing, but the portions are now half size then before! That’s rubbing customers! Boneless chicken breast was always an 6”/3” piece, a good portion of. Now two pieces of grilled chicken breast I’ve paid $10, and was a 2” x 2” burned , charcoal fillet meat! Half the size, and double the price! Disgusting. Nasty!!! And all Pollo Places ripping of clients! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not buy from here anything

I bring my family to this location every Saturday or Sunday. The place is clean and food is great. I would like to shout out the staff and the manager Mrs. T. Happy manager happy management. She is always checking on her customers and staff. 🩷🩷🩷 this lady.

I eat at Pollo Tropical a lot. The staff is normally rude 90% of the time.
Today was different. I was greeted by Tiana and what a wonderful person. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the brand. She smiles from the moment I pulled until the order was completed. She said thank you and have an amazing day, you never hear that anymore.
The rest of the staff I would give 1 star.

Scott is so nice! So very helpful and took our trash right away. Great employee, keeps the place looking very clean and spotless. Also Ed in the kitchen is amazing too they both have a great attitude. Will come back to this location specifically because of them!!!
