What give zero stars if I could food was cold service was rude. Listen when you go in a Pollo tropical you don’t have very high expectations and if you can’t even meet those super low expectations you should probably close this stinking store.

I went to this location on Friday and my service was great. The young lady at the register was so nice. She helped me a lot. I am visually impaired . After ordering the manager told me take a seat and they would bring out my food. I will be back to this location very soon.

So I ordered the Chop steak portion tonight with everything on and I just got home. All I got is rice and beans and I steak that needs to be cut by a chainsaw. What are disappointment with this franchise?
The food is excellent, every dish is very good, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is friendly and fast, but it only has four stars for a reason: the drinks. Especially the Coke tastes like detergent.

This is my go to for a quick bite that’s affordable and healthy “with some modifications”. I get the 1/2 grilled chicken #7. I know this is a chain, but the people that work the drive through are some of the nicest people. I go to this location often and they always speak in a respectful and friendly tone. It’s a nice relief in a world where people are less kind than 10-20 years ago.

This location constantly gets orders wrong and when you let them know, they have an attitude. Got a tropichop with white rice (was never asked what rice I wanted) and the rice was so undercooked/dried out it was crunchy. Find a better location!

If I can rate this place a 0 I would. Seems like the workers need a degree to scoop rice and beans? Workers gatekeeping the sauce, too lazy to fill it up anyway. Takes 4 people to make a bowl. Location needs some help for sure.
