We had lunch earlier today at Pollo Tropical, Store # 10117 (May 17, 2025) and the food and service were fantastic. Because we found the experience so pleasant, we felt motivated to write a positive review. The store was clean and the service was very friendly, especially our interactions with manager Teaona. She was incredibly warm, helpful and sincerely interested in our dining experience. In fact, we nominate her to be the Official Trainer of all Pollo Tropical restaurants...
I bought a fried yucca but it only came with 8 pieces of yucca and it cost 5 dollars. I don't know if it was the person who served the order or the company is changing the portions 🤷🏻♀️
