I place an order for Christmas lunch!!! How disappoint I was when I saw the food. I order 3 whole chickens . It was supposed to be to be $15.49 each, and 4 rolls for each chicken. They sent me only legs and tight!! Not wings or breast. It says ( whole chicken) . Also the chicken was dry. And they overcharged. . Definitely I will never buy or recommend this place in the future.

Never had such a rude experience at a pollo tropical. The little boy who was outside taking the orders was so rude. The young man at the window was much better. But I think customer service classes will be great for the little boy you guys have outside taking the order.

Your food is no longer affordable and for the price there many other options. You started charging separate for sides on platters. Thats ridiculous. You 1/2 chicken platter is 11$, which was 7$ just few years ago. For basically worthless rice and beans and few tiny pieces of chicken. How much greed you need to stuff down your greedy throats?? You not a restaurant, you fast food joint,remember that.

First off I would like to say thank you for being so friendly and giving me the sauces and onions and peppers it was sooo good thabk you so much. 😋
I spent 13 minutes standing by the cashier and all 7 employees didn’t even looked at me just one guy named Evans had the little delicate attitude to say good afternoon. This branch definitely feels like there is no manager or leader and everyone working there didn’t know why was there. Very very bad service.

Wow I have no words. This is the food I was just handed at pollo tropical. BITTEN EATEN FOOD!!!!! I am so disgusted I can’t even understand how something like this happens.
Was initially disappointed the moment I saw it because the employee told me the tostones came with beef and I get home and see there’s a mountain of pork that I can not eat. I asked him to make sure please and he assured me it was beef… so I took the pork off and decided to eat the tostones alone. I ate a whole one. then upon further inspection I SEE A HALF BITTEN ONE. What is going on inside this restaurant?! Been going to pollo tropical since I was a little girl but I’m thinking this will be my last meal here. And on top of everything I can’t get my money back because I wasn’t given a receipt and they can’t “see my order number” what a joke of customer service. Done!!!
