Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I went here to eat some food before a workout. I ordered the coniac combo which is 6 chicken tenders, fries and a side of Cole slaw. I ordered an iced tea with the combo. This combo also came with bread. Overall the service was fast good.

Very good chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and lemonade. Sauce was perfect for dipping. Friendly manager. Will definitely come back soon.

I had a great experience, the food was great , my cashier fernando was very professional and the box combo he suggested was a perfect way to try raising canes for the first time I was full and happy on the way out . Will be back again !

First time! Tenders were not really “golden” and they were still soaked in oil which made them soggy. No matter the sauce, you can’t really enjoy tenders if they’re not fried well…The crinkle fries were ok but a bit bland. Cane’s sauce was delicious, however they don’t really have a variety of sauces (besides Cane’s sauce and ketchup) which surprised me. I don’t think it was worth the hype that I heard but I was thankful they were open late even on Sundays.

Honestly this place wouldn’t have satisfied me if I didn’t receive good customer service from a front counter employee named Andy. He was smiling, attentive, unique, courteous, and enthusiastic with me during our interaction. Truly a splendid employee. First time i’ve ever left a review commending an employee. If anyone deserves to be a manager it's him because I know he would lead the team to making them give it they all, bravo Andy truly outdid yourself.

I had an outstanding experience at Raising Cane’s thanks to Fernando! From the moment I walked in, Fernando went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made my day. He ensured my food was fresh and exactly as I ordered, and even checked back to see if everything was satisfactory. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Fernando did just that. Fernando Masvidal was very attentive and pleasant he recommended the box combo great customer service I also noticed how he kept the dining area very clean even though it was very busy, definitely will return to Canes enjoyed our chicken tender dinner the best!
