I bought a cheesecake and it's frozen and bitter. The only edible thing was the chocolate and the little fruit it comes with. Horrible "dessert"

Delivery service is not what is expected. Ordered online, was told that expected delivery was approximately 7pm. It was not delivered until after 7 45. Called and talked to several employees. Extremely disappointed with the contact employees at the restaurant. No one apologized or took any accountability for this issue. Was told, that it was all the computer. It should not take an hour an 1/2 for delivery , especially since this restaurant is no more the 1 mile away. Disappointed!! Extremely disappointed!!

Rotelli used to be much better and unfortunately, has steadily gone downhill. Portion sizes have gone down and their prices have increased. Service continues to be great though!

The service was horrible she did not understand a word I was saying only spoke Spanish The food was horrible the rolls were microwaved the sauce tasted like it came from a can no spices at all and the grated cheese was tasteless the only good thing was the pasta fagioli soup

I visited Rotelli Restaurant yesterday for lunch and had a fantastic experience! Our server, Rosa, was exceptional - she took the time to assist us with recommendations and was incredibly helpful throughout our meal. Despite the restaurant being busy due to its proximity to Palm Air, Rosa consistently checked in on our table and ensured we had everything we needed.

What really stood out to me, however, was Rosa's professionalism and patience in the face of challenging customers. Unfortunately, I've witnessed some rude patrons being disrespectful to employees at Rotelli's in the past, but Rosa handled every situation with grace and poise.

The food was delicious, but Rosa's outstanding service truly made our visit memorable. Kudos to her and the entire Rotelli team for providing top-notch service in a busy and sometimes demanding environment. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon!

Excellent food and service, very attentive, felt like I was in Italy and passing by New York because of the music very nice! Had a wonderful dish jumbo shrimp and vegetables with pasta delicious and my hubby pasta with jumbo shrimp parmesan excellent! I really recommend this place we’re on our way to Miami and decided to try it ! Excellent choice! Ohh and try their Tiramisu is home made very good?

The old lady that works must be the owner. Very disgusting, very racist , talked to me with no respect and I drove all the way from Oakland Park to dine in. A place I use to visit when I worked landscape for Walmart across the street. But to tell me you don’t need my money lets me know I’m in the wrong place .

It all started when I sat near the bar . I was waited and waiting on my food . I have 2 iPhones and AirPods in my possession. You can tell when someone is talking about you. She snatched an AirPod from the counter in a sense like being accused. I held up some money and my gadgets to show I don’t need to steal I’m accomplished enough. I said she sat me here . She says to me you not suppose to sit here which is weird because it’s a bar . I took my money back and left . I’m not gonna support your business for you to accuse me and say things like I don’t need your money. I do not recommend

Music appropriate to the place, at an ideal volume that does not stun. I ate the best cheesecake of my life. Without a doubt I would return!
