We went on Friday for the first time to Sicilian Oven. Denise was our waitress. The food was excellent, we had wings, pizza, chicken parm and pasta. Denise was amazing, very happy, constantly checking on us delivering excellent service ! This place will definitely be one of our gotos.
I don’t know where to start first maybe that all the servers need training and need to learn their menu. I went and I asked the server if they had any vegan friendly options, she said yes everything was vegan friendly as long as I don’t put cheese on it, which is not true, I let her know that I’m vegan and not vegetarian so she recommended a lasagna with no cheese. I said OK it came back with cheese so the manager came out and recommended a pasta dish with eggplant. I was with my father on our lunch break and it took over an hour for me to receive this simple Dish. I really hope that the people here get trained properly not only for vegans, but for people with food allergies. I came here for years but I will definitely not be returning again.

The food is very good, and so is the service. It's a little noisy inside, especially when it's crowded on weekends. I like when the weather is cool enough to sit outside on their patio. I also like that the manager comes around to make sure everything is great.

I do not know why it took me so long to go to the Sicilian Oven. I have passed it many times. I am hooked for sure! Started with the Sicilian salad. Fresh and delish! Rosemary bread was just perfect! Had the Queen of Sicily pizza. The eggplant was large pieces and fried to perfection! The cervellata and broccoli rabe was made just like i make it at home. The wings are cooked to perfection with caramelized onions. Of course for dessert we had Zeppanolis. Delish! Cannoli cream was just sweet enough.The place was busy for a Monday at 4pm. The service was on point and friendly. The manager also checked with us, which was very nice. We defiantly will be back......soon!

Were told to come in 45 min, pizzas were cold and soggy, salads were not premixed ( asked specifically), sandwiches were all dried up (and different from what ordered, also went straightto the garbage can becauseno one wantedto touch it) ... it looked food was made for another order and never picked up...It was a completely different experience from dining in

My husband and I ordered food from here for delivery. After an hour, we called to check on the order. After being disconnected multiple times, we were finally able to get through. The first associate unfortunately is not able to provide the customer service needed to be in her position. Her response was to call the restaurant back and ask to speak with a manager. I called back to speak with a manager and was told by the next associate that Arie was unavailable since he was busy in his office. I then asked if he could call me. The associate stated that “he was too busy and would not be able to call me.” This associate then proceeded to hang up on me. The customer service provided at this establishment and the way that we were treated as customers is completely unacceptable. Customer service is an area that you are always able to control no matter what situation arises and in this experience the restaurant failed in each interaction. We’ve eaten here previously; however, due to this experience we will never be back.

So the first we went here was a random stop because we wanted pizza. We sat at the bar and the service was amazing. They do have a lunch special so definitely try it out and they have happy hour. As it was our first time they gifted us Italian donuts which are very similar to beignets. TRY THEM!!!!!! we had their wings which do take a while to come out. It too about 15 minutes but it was worth the bite and the wait lol definitely recommend. They are grilled or maybe overn baked but just so good. We have ordered pizza here on three different occasions and the pizza has just been delicious. From the all meats to the cheese just try it.
Great Food. Great ambiance. Probably the best calamari I ever had! The portions are generous. The garlic bread - OMG. Dip that in the calamari spicy sauce and you might as well die cause you'll be in heaven! Was my first time, but certainly not my last!

Have to admit I came because of the 4 stars, are u kidding me? Must be family grading this place. 6:45 pm on a Saturday, out of an appetizer, ice tea and bud light, So much you can't have a conversation. Bathrooms are a like a homeless shelter, urine on the floor and no paper towels. Can't cook pasta, under cooked horrible meatballs. The birthday music is annoying and too loud guess they don't care about other people Don't not waste your money here
