Easily the best smoothie place I've ever been to, from the service/staff to the actual product quality of my smoothie. DELICIOUS!

JAZZ is absolutely amazing she was working all by herself today since 6am girl making that money and holding it down.
She was so very sweet and helpful I just recently got an expander put in and my diet now consists of manly liquids but the shakes be too thick sometimes. I had asked her if it could be more blended and her response was “more loose” sis completely understood the assignment without me having to explain.
Shake came out perfect consistency she even told me about the smoothie king app for rewards. Def recommend doing it their rewards system is super good and worth it.

Aliyah at #1233 was extremely rude accused me of snatching a receipt from her which is incorrect. we had a hard time applying a smoothie king discount, so she must have been frustrated. She could have been more pleasant and less combative, I come to smoothie king 4 times a week and have never had this experience.

workers are absolutely kind but I walked in today, 9/21 @1:47pm and there’s no AC, humid. And muggy. Not conditions for people to be working or for people to be receiving service. Management and building needs to do better !!

This is the third time I have been in and felt that the girl behind the counter was not very friendly at all. I always say thank you when she gives me my smoothie and she never says you’re welcome or even acknowledges my comment. She always seems to have a bad attitude. Today I was in with my husband and he commented to me, “Wasn’t she in a mood last time we were here?” And that is when I knew this review was coming! Also, it is Friday and she did not even tell me that I could get a larger smoothie for the same price as the 20 oz. Ridiculous. We won’t be back for a long while.

I just got a smoothie from this store and the taste is off. I don’t know what it is it’s taste sour. It’s so bad I can’t even stomach it. Unfortunately I left before I could taste it.

*1 Star - Consistently Late Opening Hours*

I work out every Saturday morning at 5:30am and always look forward to grabbing a smoothie afterward. Unfortunately, for the *past three weeks*, no one has been at the shop on time. It’s now 8:15am and still no employees in sight—despite posted hours indicating it should be open.

This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s the *third* Saturday in a row. Today, there are *five customers* here waiting to be served, and we’re all frustrated and disappointed. Why is this acceptable?

If you advertise specific hours, customers should be able to rely on them. Please address this ongoing issue.

Always a pleasure coming into this store, the two girls working the front are always super kind and friendly. Best smoothie king in town!

I don’t normally write reviews but feel compelled to write one based on my experience today. The customer service was rude and rushed, while making our smoothies, the person making the smoothies was answering her personal phone, not paying attention to the task at hand. Normally I could have overlooked all those issues if the Smoothies actually tasted good but unfortunately they were unremarkable and at $10 each very expensive. I have been to multiple other smoothie King locations and the experience along with the taste was great. This experience had much to be desired from the moment I walked in.

We bought smoothies from Smoothie King, and sadly, none of them tasted good — the flavors were off and not enjoyable at all. The service wasn’t great either. Although the employee did help us, she was on her phone the entire time while making our smoothies, which felt unprofessional. Overall, not a pleasant experience and we won’t be returning.

I’ve been a regular at this location for a while, but unfortunately, I’ve had to take my business elsewhere. The smoothies are consistently off either too icy or too runny and the customer service is lacking. The staff doesn’t seem to pay attention to detail, which really affects the overall experience.

It’s to the point where I drive an extra 15 minutes to another location just to get a decent smoothie. I really hope they can improve both the product quality and service here. It's so disappointing 😞
