Today I tried the best smoothie of my life, it was really delicious. The guy was very accurate with his suggestion, and Marcos was super friendly. I recommend this place 100%

I went today and I spoke with a manager since the another smoothie king location told me they could help me with a order that went by mistake to another location and basically she told me I have to pay for a new one went in CHAMPION GUEST. O Customer service.

1st time at a smoothie king.
Understand that it must be difficult to keep a store clean, especially one with fruits that have to sit around.
however, the unclean presentation of the store detracted from my acai bowl for sure.
tables were unwashed, floor had debris strewn under tables, floor behind the counter appeared dirty and grimy, there were pieces of fruit on the floor behind the counter. a few mosquitoes were flying around.
The acai bowl was fine, but the experience was not positive due to the environment.
The employee recognized that I had placed a mobile order that hadn’t come through the system yet but made my bowl anyway. I appreciated that, but had I not preordered, I would have left on seeing the generally unkempt appearance of the store.

Thanks-I hope this helps improve services because this store is close to me and I’d like to come back one day.

I came into the store upset from life experience. I was greater by both Amy’s and Terrance. They were both very cheerful and helpful when I was having trouble making a decision on which smoothie to get. Whenever I come into smoothie king I always get the same smoothie- a 32 oz banana boat. But today they gave me so kindness and patience when I was making a decision and asking question on how I can modify the smoothie. The got the Berry treat, but added kale and substituted collagen. It was deliciously hydrating, and thick just how I like my smoothies. I left the location feeling more cheerful because of their kindness. It gives me hope knowing that there are genuine kind people in this world after having an encounter with both Mya and Terrance!

I come to this store because their angel food smoothie is consistently tasty and despite the poor service ethic of the employees. They fail to acknowledge waiting clients and give the impression that doing their job is a bore. An observation also made at Starbucks and other places. FYI store owner!
