Ivy was outstanding. Great customer service and fast. Ivy demonstrated multi-task abilities. Running the front register and the drive-thru at the same time. She deserves a promotion. Nice work Ivy, keep it up!??

This snappers is expensive compared to others. A lunch special is $9.xx without a drink. They also wanted to charge me $.54 for 4 extra ketchup packets. I won't be returning.

My cup was leaking, and I couldn't come back to the location because I lived far away from the location. The food was good. I had fried fish, shrimp, and fries. But my drink leaked out into my cup holder on my car.

The girl that took me and my sons order could not of cared any less to help us, the building AC was broken so she has fans pointed in her face and I had to almost beg for napkins to wipe the sweat pouring from my face, no help to wash my hands either! Their bathroom is broken! I’m sure that is a health hazard.
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access or help, I had to go through the drive through in my wheelchair because the same rude girl refused to open a main entrance and exit door.

Horrible food. Tried calling 5 times no answer.
Spent $70 almost no conch sauce, no ketchup, no utensils, barely seasoned conch and it mushy chicken tenders black not gold and crispy not to mention fries soggy. Grease was not clean they cooked in today. WORSE SNAPPERS EVER. Looking like someone didn't wanna work today. Snappers did not SNAP today..

Most excellent catfish and chicken I’ve had since moving recently to the Deerfield Beach area. They make the food the way you want it and they don’t make you feel like you are inconveniencing them! Excellent service!!
