Sorry to say it, but this is a location to avoid. 5 people working behind the counter but only 1 barista? 20 minutes to get a cafe mocha? Right now there are 14 of us standing around waiting.....

Went in with my family, ordered 3 drinks and two pastries. We're still waiting to be called because our things were left on the counter and they kept calling other people's names and never called us. We were sitting right in front of them! And they never even bothered to see that those things were just left there. Disgusting customer service! Definitely not coming back to this dump

No one here but me and my wife, ordered food and coffees. 20 minutes later I still have no coffee, and the excuse was that they were backed up. People that came in after we ate our food received their coffee before I did. Deleting the app, canceled everything to do with this overpriced swill. Don't come here. Staffed by millennial children and racists.

For years, my husband and I have gone to Starbucks ,but on my last visit, I promised myself not to go back The one in Coconut Creek is dirty,if you see under the chairs and where you order is disgusting 🫣 ..floor extremely dirty People are still nice ,but I talked to one of the general managers who was there that day and I explained and showed it, and she was like..they will never bring a professional to clean this place,will be me and the employees and I am not going to do that 😳😯.. All Starbucks needs a new look and much more
