I just went to the drive-through order a small coffee and Ham and cheese croissant when I got to the first window to pay I got the ham and cheese it was great and instead of a small coffee I receive a large one difference between the large in the small is about a dollar that's not the point I'm on a strict diet they can only drink a certain amount of liquids for that cause of my kidney situation I told the lady that I did not order the large one and why are they stealing for me and that's not fair I think that most people wouldn't even say anything and just pay for the large one the lady got upset with me because I made a complaint she kept saying that she didn't take the order but she works in Starbuck and represent the store this people are just unbelievable

It’s important to recognize amazing customer service Ana is one of the staff members that truly loves her job. She always have a smile on her face and takes your order correctly. I normally stop by on my lunchtime. And I they make your drink in a timely manner and always friendly at the drive up window.

I stoped here today, and this Starbucks had such friendly employees! The drinks were made great! Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service!! The food tasted good too. I will definitely be coming back to this specific location, next time I am in the area.
They also put little sticker covers on the drinks for me, so they wouldn't spill. ☺️❤️

There were 6 people at the counter and it took them 20 minute to prepare 3 drinks. They were chatting and relaxed, we were late to school. And the drinks were not as usual Starbucks taste. Frappuccino was super sweet with 80% of syrup 🤢
this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! all of the staff is so friendly, they're so efficient and quick. The store manager, Pablo, is so helpful and has a great relationship with us customers. Lu and JT are my some of favorite baristas! Always friendly and efficient. the store is clean every time, and they work so quickly. Thank you for being amazing!!!

Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Barista (Girl, green eyes with bangs)
I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The barista on duty not only had a noticeably bad attitude but also openly mocked me and shut the window in my face— something I find completely unacceptable in any service setting.
As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism. Instead, the interaction felt condescending and unnecessarily hostile. It’s unfortunate to see such behavior tolerated, especially in a place that prides itself on customer service.
I hope management addresses this issue seriously. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect — especially in a customer-facing environment.
P.s. I spoke with Curtis (Manager) on the phone as soon as I left.

Jan 2022, I give the STAFF and drinks 5 STARS, however, I give 1 STAR for the cleanliness of the outside and inside of the place. Here are the CONS. FIRST, the glass windows inside and outside needed to be cleaned, you really couldn’t see through them clearly. SECOND, the outside Tables were filthy and needed to be cleaned, and THIRDLY, the inside had paper napkins on the floor, and tables needed to be cleaned as well. LASTLY, the inside is dark and could use brighter lighting. Plus, the air conditioner was at full blast, very uncomfortable to sit, you needed a winter coat to enjoy your coffee. Honestly, this is the last time I will be coming back to this location. I love the Wilton Manor Starbucks, it is bright and clean inside and out.
