The one person there is rude. Also since when did they put the soda fountain behind the counter? Tried to get a refill but couldn't get the attention the employee there. Going to other locations from here on

Wow, just wow! Asia greeted me as I walked through the door. Customer service felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant. The food, made exactly how I like it and so good!!! Thank you Asia, this was an amazing meal because of you. I will be back, for sure!

Unwelcoming customer service, Always one person in there, Very slow, No sense of urgency. Very much inconvenient every time I come there. Today I had to walk out three people ahead of me, I would’ve waited an hour to get my sandwich if I would’ve stayed.

She didn’t do my order right, and when I asked her could I get some dressing for my salad, she said you get what you get in the order. So, she didn’t give me any salad. The only thing that was on my salad was oil.

food was alright but the lady working there looked annoyed, and didnt talk to us and instead of charging us for 2 combos she did all items manually, which is way more expensive. I didnt bother discussing and just got my food and left. Horrific service!

After seeing the reviews, it makes sense why the door was locked early and I was left outside, waiting for someone to appear. It appears that they do not comply with the hours on the door. I suggest anybody who wants Subway just go to a different one because there is a good chance that you will be disappointed. Especially if you drive all the way out there to be turned back. Closing 20-30 minutes early makes a huge difference. Especially if you’re leaving work thinking that you’ll be able to grab a sandwich. Be better guys, it’s disrespectful to us.

Just visited this Subway. I’ll never be back. The person working was talking on her phone through Bluetooth the entire time. Wasn’t listening to anything I asked for. She made the wrong sub! I also asked for the foot long pretzel and she never made it. I told her I wanted mayonnaise and she grabbed tomatoes and she wasn’t wearing gloves. By the time I was at the end I didn’t even want to wait any longer. Just paid for the wrong sub and left. Again! I’ll never be back.

I just encountered the nastiest employee, both attitude and hygiene wise. As my sandwich was being made I noticed a single long hair hanging off the man’s face about to fall. This was already beyond gross and I immediately brought it to his attention, hoping he would wipe it off and continue. He did no such thing. He accused me of making him feel uncomfortable and he treated to call the cops. He stoped making the sandwich and called his manager. Through this whole thing I quite calm and timid because this was all very embarrassing. On the phone in the back, I hear him speaking to his manager loudly that I’m racist. I’m beyond offended and I’ve never heard this before. His manager told him to finish the sandwich. I can’t believe I paid to have hatered and insults thrown at me. Management needs to do something about this employees attitude and hygiene. This was Sunday October 27 at 8:30 PM.

This place will rob you I ask double meat usually is $2.99 for double meat well they charge me $4.99 for each meat hey put on I ask for the Italian they charge $4.99 for pepperoni $4.99 salami $4.99 for cheese well I pay $60 for two subs

This location is a Rip off! I order the foot Long Tuna. It is always over $10, despite being on the menu for much less. Last time I went there, it was over $13 for the one Tuna Sub.
That will be the last time I visit that location! Employees get paid on commission? I also see the comments about the hours open.
This location seems to make their own hours.
