Compared to the other nearby Subway this restaurant has thee worst customer service in a 30 mile radius. Knives are not sharp enough to slice the bread all the way through. Staff do not read any of the special instructions on pick-up orders then tell customers that there are none. Until it is pointed out to them on receipt.

At times, the food is ok, but today, the service was very poor. Ordered a roast beef, and the employee put 3 thin slices on a Footlong. Couldn't even taste the meat. Very unfortunate and rite after I watched the same person be rude to a woman who couldn't speak English. The woman was asking her son to order who was probably 10 years old. The employee was rude to the kid telling him to read the sign to find out what bread and cheese they wanted.Then proceeding to tell the young boy to hurry up. Zero customer service and the disrespect to people who need more help than others. I have been coming to this location for approximately 2 years. I won't be coming back. The arrogance of being rude to a person who is foreign and they are foreign themselves is crazy to me. Get better, subway. Don't be rude. We spend money in your business. Keep this up, and nobody will come to this location. Very sad.

I came here October 25th at 3:40pm customer service is so bad and I use to work here at this exact location few years prior they need to get it together. I ordered online for the points and deals and wanted my sandwich made a certain way guy said to me this isn’t cool to order online and show up mind you I was outside the front door when it came in he printed out the order and went and sat down to watch his phone. Sad sad sad do better or quit and let the kids work who actually wants to.

That little guy with an attitude told my wife why did you rush here this is easily gonna take 20 minutes. I'm busy taking care of my customers. Could have been a simple ill be right with you. All that was completely unecessary. Disgustingly rude. Corporate needs to come talk to this guy.

Arrived at 9:20 to grab just two sandwiches for me and my wife but the guy there said they were closed when it clearly said 10pm on the door. Unprofessionalism and laziness ruins businesses, if making two sandwiches is too much to do FOURY MINUTES before closing then why not close at 9 instead of waste people’s time because your employees want to be lazy. Will never return to this location. (Employee was a middle eastern young adult male.)

Most Subways are gross and this one is no exception. My most recent visit I saw a trail of ants crawling across the counter (Who knows what else is crawling around there) restaurant is generally pretty dirty. Sub was prepared fine but I wonder about the health risk while eating it, also the employee leaves his scooter parked inside the restaurant- it just looks very unprofessional. At least the soda machine worked. Not a great dining experience but most Subways are horribly defective so I can't say this is different from the usual experience.

Dude was fighting me to put the free veggies on the sub, literally one veggie at a time. Decided to just pay and never come back. Learn some respect. You wouldn’t have a job without customers. It’s very easy to go across the street and make your own sandwich. If you hate your job get another one. No need for these people, simple as that.

I order for delivery and this is what i got. They put the napkins on it like if was a trash bag, messing presentation, missing ingredients, low portion of ingredients, messing package and open was supposed to put some sticker to close the bag
