The server was alone but there was no urgency,no dialogue with customers and she had this Nonchalant behavior. She did not impress nothing good on the customer. Very bad customer

Lisa was fantastic, helping a technologically-challenged customer with placing an order that didn't go through earlier. She also greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to the location. She is a wonderful employee. I wish every location had someone like Lisa.

Attendant didn’t understand a question I made regarding an online order, tried to explain what happened, but she got frustrated and called me rude. She contacted her manager over the phone, I spoke to him and he was very understanding and nice about the situation. It was a misunderstanding, but please don’t call a customer rude special when they’re NOT.

I.m regular customer not happy people from from arond there taking all the parking every day the the using subsway paking lot and walk to there jobs same cars same parking every day is not parking people need to park the cars plase

The worse! I do not know why corporate allows this subway to remain open. The food looked so wilted like it was out all day. There is no soup. The dirty fountain machine didn't work. You can see by the pictures they don't care about having cool refreshing drinks and there are no cookies. Nothing about this subway is "re-freshed", fresh or even adequate...nothing

So it’s Sunday 710/22 I went to this subway at 540pm the sign says OPEN as I walk up to the door there’s a big guy and girl (blk) locking up the door. The girl could have said as I walked up that they are closed but only after I said something! Then said they close at 530pm. Which is no where posted they close at that time, it says 930pm!They were both very rude to us!!!You can guarantee that they will never see my Business EVER again at this location!! This used to be a good location but with service like that who needs to go there!
No bowls = no salads. Both times I visited. Had to leave both times. Won't be back.

Bridgit A deserves a raise! Fantastic attitude and attention to detail. She had all the veggies and sauces stocked up and the meat too. This Store was the cleanest subway ive seen in a while.
