Food and service is always bad but there is one cashier that's usually there at night who has really great customer service and is very pleasant

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant and restrooms. The manager was very friendly as well. But I ordered the black bean grilled cheese burrito and added chicken, the whole burrito was mainly all rice and two or three little pieces of chicken in there. Most of the Taco bells I go to it's much better so the food needs a little bit of improvement but the staff is great

I often come here for a quick lunch. I order on the app ahead of time and use the drive through. My food is almost always ready by the time I get to the window. They're also very good about not missing items. They've never forgotten a food item and have missed a straw and/or sauce once or twice. (though I have gotten 2 straws many times lol). The lady who is always at the window at lunch is very polite and quick. This Taco Bell is much nicer and faster than the store west of here.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell, they’re always rushing. I can literally order one item and they’ll say is that all is that all is that all and before I even start I tell them I have a big order so that way they’re just aware of it and they make everything Frankenstein tacos, which means it doesn’t matter if I literally order a bean and cheese burrito They will add extra toppings extra sauces that never go on that taco. They always do this. It’s like they make up their own tacos, but I do enjoy all the kitties that are next-door but this Taco Bell sucks.

Nobody works front counters anymore!!! Went there to pickup a DoorDash order. The girl fixing the food was nice enough to acknowledge me and find that I’m picking up the order that’s on the pickup cubicle (behind the counter) I guess she couldn’t give it to me because she had on gloves and preparing food. I see at least 3 other bodies in there and none of them acknowledges the front counter. After waiting 7 minutes and looking at the packed order, I dropped the order and left. It’s sad that anything black-ran is always in shambles. I focus on doing orders in lighthouse point, Boca, and Coral Springs for this reason!! It suck’s to not be able to deal with your own people!!

So disgustingly disrespectful. Watched as they dropped the persons food in front of me in the drive thru and said no to giving him new food and also said it was his fault it fell. Then when I went to get my food they kept asking me about my order number. On the app it says say your name and we will give you your order. Nothing about an order number. In fact the order number is extremely tiny to show how irrelevant it is! And then the lady was like “congrats now you know where your order number is” in a snarky tone. Wow and on top of it they never get the order right. Wow fire and hire an all new team here ASAP yall don’t belong in customer service industry if you can’t respect THE CUSTOMER

Food was burn, taste was okay. i paid for a medium cup, employee gave me an attitude when i told him i didnt ask for small cup, Pepsi is not free. tables were dirty, only one clean, no napkins, sauces. i used to work in one of this stores as store manager so i know we follow rules from headquarters or the owner of thr franchise.

Worse experience. They were not busy .No one up front to greet or take orders . Food took about 20 min . Food was cold so I asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money . I'm did not even take a bite of the cold food and they still wouldn't refund my money
