If I could give this location zero stars I would. Waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes while the woman walked back-and-forth and looked at me multiple times. Finally someone came to the window and then wanted to give me an attitude like she didn’t see me here. Absolutely ridiculous horrible service! She claimed it because the lobby was busy, someone could’ve come to the window to take a freaking order

I deliver for Uber Eats. We are asked, through the app, to verify our orders. On Sept 10, I picked up an order through the drive-thru. The order had a medium Dr Pepper. The cup looked small to me. I waved over the employee. I raised the cup and asked if it was a medium drink. She said, "Yes, we know what we give out. You are just a driver.". This type of treatment is totally unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had with a restaurant. My sister and I placed an online order making sure it was for two black bean burritos, since we have been vegetarian for over 15 years. when we pick up the order we come home only to realize hers was made with chicken and mine made with beef, how could you mess up that bad.. of course we only noticed after taking a bite. it was an extremely disturbing experience. i immediately made a call to this restaurant leaving a voicemail.. i decided to call again.. and again, but now the phone immediately hangs up. Of course i would assume my number had been blocked or the workers are hanging up on me instead of fulfilling their job of answering the phone.. so i make the drive back so i can actually talk to someone, clearly im not happy, and i tell her i think my number is blocked. she immediately catches an attitude saying she can’t block numbers instead of addressing the issue that they won’t answer the phone. I told her what happened and she takes it in the back and brings out new burritos. I apologize in case i came off rude and try to explain why this was frustrating since we have been vegetarian for 15+ years. she immediately cuts me off before i finish and goes back to saying that she can’t block phone numbers and shuts the window in my face. i wish i could have got her name before she very rudely shut the window in the middle of me calmly responding, because this was truly uncalled for and very unsettling. i will not even be eating this, i would have much preferred a refund.
Vegetarian options: Do not trust the vegetarian options, the workers will give you meat instead.
