The workers could not care less about their customers. When friends and I went we were the only ones there and their were no cars in the drive through. After we waited longer than it should have taken to get the order we asked where the order was. One of the workers said they didn't have the order. When I showed them thr charge on my card they somehow managed to find the order. Four of them, including what looked to be the manager, were laughing and intentionally going as slow as they could to make the order. They were actually laughing, looking at us, and then going back to chating as they made the order as slow as they could. When we got the order it was not even right but after what it took to get the order we didn't mention it because we were afraid that these are the kind of people that would spit in your food and not even think twice about it. I will absolutely never go back under any conditions.

They had nobody to take orders and i was paying cash. It took about 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge i was there then the woman got mad because i didnt tell them i needed to pay...like i was supposed to keep track of that. Then waited about another 15 to get my food.

At this location. Customer service is very poor. They are lazy. They are all on their cell phones then paying attention to the customer waiting. How annoying.

Before wasting your $$. Find another location, food was cold handed through drive thru and portion isn't even a full taco. Disappointed.

Terrible service. They gave me half my order. When i try to ask inside, nobody cares to respond. Came home and saw they gave me the wrong order.This was the worst experience. Too bad Taco bell has lost its credibility. Especially this place.

Lots of people standing around doing nothing at this location. Waited over 15 minutes for a single item. When I finally received it, it was missing the nacho cheese it's supposed to come with. Will not return.

This location just got a great rehaul/makeover. The dining room is nice with new kiosk registers. The outside was being painted during my last visit too -- so very updated. The food was decent but the staff was lack luster. No greeting, no eye contact, no communication, plus my food was tossed at me. I had to wave down someone just to get my drink cup. Hopefully the service improves and is just as good as the remodel.
