I waited for my food for 20 minutes and my food was cold and old and the boy who handed it to me thought it was funny and I also watched him tell a customer that he was in the wrong when they in fact made his food wrong there's so many people standing around not working the only person working was Kayla and she was wonderful and should get a raise for having to do everything while everyone is goofing off

worlds worst Taco Bell, nasty attitudes, dismissive, don’t know got to follow SIMPLE directions. they’re the type to spit in your food cause they gave you the wrong item. fast food doesn’t have to be bad service

This location never has Nacho fries at night because they are “cleaning their fryer”. I understand it needs to be cleaned, but 11:30 on a Saturday night when they are open until 5:00 AM seems like a mistake. There is a full lobby, line in the drive through, I hear people ahead of me asking if they have them. 11:30 PM on a Saturday night seems like it would be peak business for a Taco Bell. I don’t understand why they don’t clean the fryer later in the night. Seems like a lot of missed business considering nacho fries are one of Taco Bells most popular items. Every time I come here they never have them and I always just leave because I’m so disappointed. I guess I’ll go to McDonalds.

If you ask and pay for guacamole, 100% of the time... you aren't getting guacamole. Food is complete trash, they don't even care and it shows. Wish yall could hire better staff!!!

I ordered the steak chalupa sup meal and got a damn salad meal never again @ that Taco Bell!
