When I went to the drive thru I was told I needed to come in and order. I came inside ordered and waited 25minutes for a taco and a cheesy roll up. It seems they didn’t want their timer running in drive thru so made me come inside. Mind you there were only 2 other customers inside and 4 employees. AND THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. I had to unwrap the taco and move the lettuce to notice the meat was wrong. When I gave it back at the window they handed it right back out to a customer. DISGUSTING

License # SEA16192259/3/2023There was a dead cockroach in my food. Went to talk to the manager who was surprised because "the food is covered." I asked for my money back. She asked if we were sure we didn't want them to remake the food. What?!? Not only did I completely lose my appetite, but I could not imagine them making more food for ANYONE that day. There was no apology. She did refund my money and we threw everything away. Thankfully we hadn't started eating.For full transparency, I left the same review on KFC (same address but different reviews on Google maps).The department of health and corporate office has been contacted.

I got the new birria grilled cheese taco and it was a soggy mess. The meat had good flavor, but the taco was totally soft,.soggy, and extremely greasy. The taco was glued to the paper it was wrapped in, and when I got it loose, the cheese on the outside was mostly stuck to the paper. I ended up folding it up like a tube so I could dunk and dip it. Again, good flavor, but the texture was soggy and greasy as heck.

Ordered $30 worth of food. They forgot one of my burritos. Everything was Ice cold. Nothing tasted fresh at all. The way everything was quickly wrapped and falling apart,we were all hungry and it was terrible.
