Did an order through Uber eats got my food it was cold nasty disgusting I would never order again

tl;dr: I was the only person there, repeated myself several times, and they still got my order wrong. The staff were goofing off the entire time. Fast food is getting too expensive to put up with this kind of BS.

I dropped by for a quick lunch because the cantina soft taco is usually a fresh bite. There was nobody else in the drive through or inside the restaurant, so I should've been the entirety of their focus, but no. I had to repeat my order multiple times, clearly stating SOFT taco, because there was so much background noise from inside. I pulled up and all employees were just talking and vibing and basically doing anything but their jobs. I got my order, which took way longer than it should have considering I was the ONLY PERSON THERE, but when I got home I saw that I was given the HARD tacos which are not full of veggies and freshness, but covered in grease and cheese. What. The. Effing. Eff.

I usually avoid Taco Bell and this was just a reminder to continue to do so, no matter what. I did this to myself, clearly.

If they get your order wrong well at least you got to wait in line for 10 minutes for your $6 slop that was $3 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, this is another fast food place I wouldn’t recommend. They lack basic customer service skills and attention to detail. Any food establishment that operates like this can’t be trusted with handling my food. I went in for a pickup, stood in front of the pick up area for a good 5+ mins while a rep took the order of a couple ahead of me, and noticed this. The rep saw me come in but never acknowledged me even after completing taking the order of the couple before me; no hi, no welcome, no give me a moment be with you shortly, and no how may I help you? Could have asked if I was in for a pickup, after all I was standing at the “order pickup” sign, which is awkwardly placed. The couple asked if I was waiting to order. I acknowledged I was there for a pickup. The customers have better greeting skills than the reps here. I couldn’t get the attention of the rep as she quickly went off to the drive thru customers and never gave me a chance to say “I’m here for a pickup order.” I continued to patiently wait. The couple is leaving at this point, we discussed how no one has even addressed me standing there this whole time. The customer calls the rep over to assist me as I’ve been standing there waiting and no one has acknowledged me. It was wild. The customers seem to have better management skills than the staff here. Another rep was just putting my bag on the pickup rack just as the leaving customer demonstrated better management than the manager on duty. As the original rep or manager (not sure) began to tell the rep to hand me the food, I had to request a bag. I was appalled that I had to educate her on basic customer greeting. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and was always taught customer greeting day 1. How is it possible for what seems to be a manager to not know to greet the customer when they approach you, at the least. Places I’ve worked required us to greet customers as they walked in… It was unreal that no one took accountability or apologized. Standing there probably about 10 - 15 mins before being acknowledged for a fast food pick up order is horrible. Thanks to the other customer that called them out, I was being a little too patient. Maybe this experience was due to the manager on duty but I can’t recommend this location to anyone.

Stepped up the game for sure. I'm vegan now, and was pleasantly surprised to find options on the menu for me

Hi. I aways go to this taco bell and love it. Though yesterday, was the second time I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and barely no cheese around it and the little line it had was completely burnt. Would be nice to receive a GRILLED CHEESE burrito next time. Thank you.

2 pack of cinnamon bites was almost 3$ with tax. And they were just thrown into the bag without even opening the sleeve.

The food and customer service were satisfactory, but the establishment had a noticeable sewer odor.

They have a new manager and he is the absolute best. Food quality has increased by a lot since I first started coming into this Taco Bell. Everything is fresh here with proper portions. Best Taco Bell in the area by far.
