When I first moved to the area I was stoked to live right next to taco bell. It's been my favorite fast food joint especially with the fresco option. My wife is vegan and she takes the time to order on the app to make it easier. She always orders the black bean crunch wrap supreme fresco. I typically check the order because I know people make mistakes and i'd rather avoid any trouble. Since I had such great luck at this location with the fresco option I decided not to check it out. Of course, this is the time I should have. I don't understand how ground beef ended up in my black bean crunchwrap supreme. They removed the cheese and the sauce. But ground beef? Unfortunately, my wife ate half of it mindlessly not paying attention but once she did she went into a whirlwind. She's been vegan for 15 years so this took a toll on her and shes refused to go back to any taco bell for this reason. What makes it worse is i went back to change it and this time they gave me black beans, but with the cheese sauce. I couldn't catch a break, i had to drive back to taco bell 3x to get this corrected. So my take is if you want something customized or are trying to watch what you eat for religious or health reasons, this location isn't for you. They don't know the difference between black beans and ground beef.

The service here is terrible especially the night shift. Every time I come to this drive through after a night of work just wanting a quick grab of food or anything before going to bed they always seem to pull the same trick every time. They don't want to work anymore so they just completely ignore the drive through for hours until every car gets fed up and leave or until they're officially closed so they no longer have to service you. No matter how many times you say hello, or ask if anyone is there nobody answers knowing they have 7 cars backed up in the line. Like okay I understand it's 1:00am but first off it clearly states you guys close at 3 so if you didn't want to work don't apply for the job or put closing as your availability because clearly you don't want to work. Also there's people like me who just got off work looking for something to grab before heading in for the night but instead we wasted hours in line and it's to late to try anywhere else so we're going to bed empty handed. I had an issue with a previous order and Mr. Pierre made it his business to fix the issue for me. I appreciated that, the dinning area was clean and welcoming so was the young man at the counter.

First, they didn’t give me my receipt, I made two orders, they gave me the first one everything was okay, was fast, but the second one, they took forever to gave me my order I wait about 20 minute for a steak burrito and some nachos, when I went to ask for my order they told me that I only made one order, I told them that they were two and then they realized that they gave to another guy two orders, mine and his. After that I was waiting another 10 minuto for my burrito (btw the rice was undercook)Worst TacoBell in North Lauderlade. Worst costumer service
