The food was good. Unfortunately the service was terrible. I seen other review saying that they treat black people worse and I’m wondering if that’s really the case. The worst part is at the end of everything, she stole from my card. She added a tip that I didn’t consent to.
I came in on January 18th around 2:30 and sat closer to the wall side. I don’t remember the name of the lady serving us but she was very rude. I always am kind and respectful to waiters because ive worked in the restaurant industry and know it can be rough. But every time I and my friends spoke it was met with attitude. We were brought the incorrect meal, which was wild because the waitress verbally repeated the meal back to us to confirm. Okay the meal is wrong, it’s okay people make mistakes, but then she got an attitude and refused to bring the correct meal afterward. And we still had to pay for the food that we didn’t even eat. She ADMITTED that a mistake was made, she KNEW my friend ordered a different meal and STILL refused to correct it. Absolutely unacceptable.
My thing is, if you know you messed up, just apologize and make it right. But instead she decided to get angry at US and then have the nerve to steal tip money at the end.

We have been coming to this taco place since they first opened back when they used to sell tacos on Atlantic and Powerline. We were always big fans and the food has always been good.
Unfortunately, the way their staff treats people, especially people of color and minors, has become a serious issue. My child ordered food and was met with disrespect and harassment from the employees for no reason. This behavior is unacceptable and it is extremely disappointing to see a place we have supported for so many years treat customers this way.
You have now lost a long time customer with a family of four who truly enjoyed your food, but due to the lack of respect we experienced we will never return.

Best tacos around this area. Real Mexican tacos, with onion and cilantro. Prices are OK and customer service is great. Nice humble place to dine in or take out.

Great, tasty, authentic Mexican tacos. Our server was attentive and friendly. I’ve been meaning to stop in here for a while and finally got the chance and was glad I did. I’d definitely recommend Charrito Loko if you are in the mood for some delicious, authentic Mexican tacos. Definitely a hidden gem of a restaurant!

I don't eat normal cuts of protein ..... Im picky , so I ordered cabeza , lingua , & suadero tacos ......next meal next day repeat absolutely all three cooked , seasoned to perfection ....the staff are a group of attentive , friendly ,professional hard workers , especially the kitchen ...I wish them succsess
