This Taqueria is old school, laid back, nothing fancy, but it can fill your belly with delicious Mexican food without breaking your wallet. Single person use bathroom. Strange experience using it with having to get the key & all that. Parking is slim, so come during nontraffic hours. Otherwise service is OK. Will come again.

Today, July 4, I arrived at the restaurant and it's 4:05 and they tell me that they are already closed and then that they closed early because they ran out of tortillas. On the door it said that on July 4th they closed at 5 PM. Terrible customer service. And it was my first time and it will be the last time I will go.
Ok I’m going to be 100% honest here based on my experience from ordering food here several times. So I’ve only ordered tacos here because I absolutely love tacos! Not the generic Taco Bell tacos but the authentic Mexican tacos and I have to say the tacos here are SO GOOD! I absolutely love the tacos here! However, if you’re Black I would avoid this place. It really breaks my heart to even write this review but I just have to say this. And that is, the cashiers are not pleasant when ordering to go at the restaurant or when picking up my order. They have this unfriendly look on their faces when they see that I am Black. I’ve tried to ignore it but after my last experience here I will not be coming back. I don’t and I will never understand the racism in the Latin community against Black people. Especially in a place of business. I don’t understand it and since that is the case here I will take my money to where it’s appreciated and valued. I do not want people who don’t like my skin color cooking/preparing my food. No hard feelings to this establishment. Wish this place many more years of success and growth.

7/10? Al pastor Alambre 8/10. It comes with a good amount of meat. Nice flavor, salty. Veg has right texture. The cheese presence is a touch light. No bacon or pineapple.
Salsa roja 8/10 Salsa verde 6.5/10
Carnitas plate 6.5/10. It comes with some salad so not as much meat as Alambre I thinks. Texture is just soft, flavor is nothing crazy.
6/10 Pinto beans were too bland. 6.5/10 Rice was maybe a bit soft and maybe underseasoned? Chorizo quesadilla 5/10. Small and I don’t really like their chorizo for some reason. I usually love chorizo. Chorizo Gordita 6.5/10. I don’t love any of the components and I’m biased against corn but it came together well. Good crunch. Chicken enchilada 4.5/10. Don’t love the chicken or the corn tortilla

Spent 23 on fajitas. The worst "mexican" food i have ever had. Chillies makes a better fajita. The beans are watery and bland. I will never recommend or eat here again. You call to complain. No one cares, they have the "we already got your money" attitude. I say fire everyone and let this gringo show you how its done...
