I went with my family for the second time and had a great time. We were all surprised how good the food was. IMO it’s better than a lot of franchise restaurants and we are pretty picky. The macaroni and cheese bites are so good and are a bit spicy, but nothing bad. We ordered the platter, an additional Mac n cheese bites and cheese fries, which were really good and a little spicy as well. It was plenty of food for six people. Our server was very nice as well as the manager who was very polite and accommodating. I have two complaints with the first being my drink I ordered barely tasted like alcohol in it, which was $16. The other is for 6 people to sit at that small table with food and drinks was a mess and difficult to maneuver around, but it will not stop us from going back.

We had our kids birthday party there and had the best experience possible, much much more than I expected. Since the beginning with Brett, he went above and beyond for us, he adjusted everything I asked and delivered a great customer service. Once I get there I was so surprised with the quality and organization I saw. The manager Alex received us with a great attitude and very attentive to my needs, always checking on us. The team serving us were AMAZING! Daron, Lexx and SJ made the experience even better, always around making sure everything was in place and clean. My guests were impressed and so were we. My kids had the best birthday ever. We couldn’t say enough about how amazing it was. Thank you so much for everything!

Tonight my husband and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary. What better way then playing some top golf. Our server Chelsea was incredible - she even surprised us with donut holes as a present! 1st off they were amazing and soooo dangerous and more importantly so absolutely over the top and kind! “I went with my daughters and wife. I had a reservation for 7:30. I arrived five minutes late, and by the time they helped us, assigned our bay, and fixed something on the screen to register the players, 30 minutes had already passed and we hadn’t even started. None of that time was deducted. In the end, I had to pay for another hour just to be able to enjoy it a little. Very disappointing.”

1) Nowhere on the website does it say no outside drinks but they refuse to let me bring in my tumbler even after giving them permission to verify it's water. I asked if we could leave it the front desk but was denied. I get to our bay and 15 mins was wasted going to put my water in the car. 2) service was mediocre we were served our drinks then 20 mins later I had to hunt down our server to place a food order. 3) food arrived 15 mins before our bay time ended, pretzels were hard as rocks and cheese dip was cold. Our waitress told my husband since we declined adding time that we would have to move our food to a table near the bar since the bay was needed. Mind you there were plenty of empty bays.
Overall horrible experience, I love Top Golf but will not come back to this location.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE…
My son and I came to Topgolf Pompano Beach very excited to play, but unfortunately, our bay was having some technical difficulties. We decided to relax and grab a drink while waiting. To our surprise, the manager, Will, noticed right away and personally came over to thank us for our patience and the way we handled the situation. He sincerely apologized, quickly moved us to another bay, and even covered our first hour of play.
That level of customer service was not expected, but it truly made our experience even better. Thanks to Will and his team especially Precious, we left with an even greater appreciation for Topgolf Pompano Beach, and we will definitely be back!
