Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

Their wraps and their smoothies are so fresh. They are delicious. I definitely recommend.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Stop by to get a smoothie I was at the line at DMV. The server was so rude. I left without the smoothie. The place looks nice but have to pay better the employees or training them better

Out of the pre sides sweet potatoes were the only option would have just got a bage of chips had I known

The staff at Tropical Smoothie consistently deliver outstanding service during my visits. I would like to express my appreciation for Rebecca, who provided valuable assistance in setting up the app and demonstrating how to scan for points. Her attentiveness and strong management skills are commendable. Additionally, the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rebecca during my recent visit 3/21/25 around 7:30AM. From the moment I interacted with her, she had a rude and dismissive tone that made it clear she had no interest in providing quality service. Rather than being helpful or accommodating, she seemed impatient and unwilling to engage in even basic customer service.

It was evident that she lacked passion for her role, as she made no effort to create a welcoming environment or address concerns professionally. Every question I asked was met with an unhelpful, curt response, making the entire interaction frustrating.

Good customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately, Rebecca did not meet even the most basic expectations. I hope management takes note and provides the necessary training—or finds someone who actually values their customers.

Staff is awesome super nice

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀
