Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I do not recommend this place in West Sample Road, Coral Springs , Florida. It’s twice in 2 months . We have received watered down smoothies with no flavors and when adding additional supplements such as multi vitamin, probiotic, chia seeds, there was absolutely nothing mixed in. We left a review on grub hub and other places and only received $5 back. It was a $50 order. Smoothies had no taste and was watered down . You can not even taste the supplements and there was absolutely no chia seeds when requested .

Ordered a pickup order to pick up yesterday morninfin Uniontown, PA and no one was there when I got there. Doors were locked, lights were on but no one came to the door or drive thru. Their hours were marked as open online and it took my money, I have sent two messages on their online feedback and no one has responded.

showed up to pick up a doordash order at the duroo Avenue in Mobile Alabama the door was locked while 6 to 8 people were sitting there dancing along with the employees the line of cars was around the building and the line outside was about 10 people

Made an online order Saturday 09/27/25. Food that was delivered was not mine. Called store because I didn't want the food they sent and was told they would issue refund but couldn't happen until Monday (09/29/25). I called Monday afternoon and was told Tuesday (today). No refund as of today and I'm getting the runaround. Do not recommend this store (Tulsa, 108th & Memorial). I shouldn't have to keep calling and begging for a refund especially when they acknowledge I did not get the food I had ordered). For the price they charge for their food, you would think they would care but they dont. I have already filed a complaint on the website but I don't expect that to go anywhere either.

If you love mango’s, Tropical Smoothie cafe has the BEST mango smoothie! Such a great balance not too sweet, very refreshing & light. Definitely will return for more! 😍🥭

I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie thanks to Isaiah! He’s always working hard and you can tell he really cares about doing his job well. Every time I’ve come in, he’s been respectful, friendly, and polite. He treats customers with genuine kindness and makes the whole experience more welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and warm, but Isaiah manages to do both effortlessly. Definitely an asset to this location!

Employees tell customers the store is closed 20 minutes prior to when they are supposed to close... Really should say you close at 8:30 if you aren’t going to serve customers until at least close to 9…

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

A refreshing, fruity smoothie is just the thing I need on a hot day like this. Since I was in the area, I stopped at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in the Pompano Citi Centre. It was very quiet inside as a male & female employee were preparing and packing online orders. When the male employee was done, he took my order for an all American wrap with bacon and a mango monsoon smoothie.

The smoothie was very fruity and tasty...made with fresh mango and pineapples, coconut cream; and papaya, guava, and passion fruit juice. The All American wrap, which is an all-day breakfast item, was a satisfying snack...fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and cheese all wrapped up in a flour tortilla and heated.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my go-to for delicious smoothies. So far I have tried over 10 different smoothies, and they were all yummy and filling. Fresh fruits, non-fat yogurt, various juices, and your choice of add-ins and supplements are used to make these creations. For a healthy quick bite, there are a variety of breakfast items, wraps, quesadillas, flatbreads, açai bowls, and sides.
