Tropical smoothie has hands down some of the worst breakfast I've ever had. Pretty bad considering fast food breakfast tastes better than here. Also prices here are out of control.

Speaking with your customer service representatives has been a nightmare..the supervisor Terri wright is very unprofessional and will not provide me information to receive my refund for a product I never received. I am going to make sure I share this experience on all platforms and with friends and family. You guys do not care about your customers. There has been no resolution provided no offer of compensation no straight answer given to what can be done. It’s really insane to go through this behind some freaking smoothies! I am very displeased with how this is being handled between you and DoorDash whom you’ve chosen to use for deliveries in my area.

Not a fan of the new menu at the Conway Arkansas store. Won’t be going there.

The ladies that work here are very nice.. I go after the gym for the peanut paradise with extra protein and it's delicious every time! Solid tropical smoothie ? location!

My daughter goes here routinely and likes it but there have been issues for her. I have been three times getting food and smoothies for her and myself. Each time they have screwed up. They forgot her wrap the first time I picked up her food. The second time the smoothie was wrong and today they gave her the wrong food! Additionally last time the banana they gave her as a side was rotten! Today the two bananas were also terrible so I had the girl switch them out for chips. The place was not busy and has not been each time I have been there so I am not sure what their issue is other than a lazy staff that doesn’t care to make the order right. I will not go back. Three strikes,

You have a female worker smoking in the bathroom with her sister while she sitting in the waiting room and clearly getting the orders wrong. This was on 9/24 around 8:20 pm

I went to this location and there was only one girl working and I was very unsatisfied with my smoothie it was very watery. I didn’t want to go back and bother the girl because she was the only worker I seen working. I’m very unhappy with my service and I paid $10 for a watery smoothie. I will not be back to this location. They are low staff or the staff isn’t doing their job. I shouldn’t have to pay for something that was made the wrong way. Very disappointing

The cup was just about 75% full, no love. Not a good flavor. Other tropical smoothies have been way better. There is no energy no care. That was a very disappointing experience. Do not recommend this location at all.
