The food here is really inconsistent—some days it’s good, other days it’s not. The vibe when you walk in is always unwelcoming. One time they gave me the wrong order that had been sitting out and it was cold. Also asked for extra pikliz and she told me no…. Like I had to tell her ima pay for it and she said yes… like girl. I even saw a customer throw their food at the cashier because it was cold and they refused to fix it. Do better.

I was really craving some Accra, so I ordered 11 at the restaurant. Guess what they gave me? Just some marinade shaped like Accra, I was very disappointed. How can you expect people to spend their money on something that’s not even right?

Delicious authentic Haitian food! We ordered the griot platter and the creole veggies with plantain and rice and peas. Everything was great!

Authentic Haitian Cuisine, But Service Needs ImprovementFood Quality: ★★★★☆The food at this Haitian restaurant is very authentic and delicious. The flavors are spot-on, and the dishes are prepared with care and attention to traditional recipes.Atmosphere: ★★★☆☆While the restaurant itself is quite spacious and could accommodate a lively dining experience, the atmosphere falls flat due to the lack of dine-in customers. Most people seem to opt for takeout orders, which leaves the dining area feeling empty and lacking in energy.Service: ★★☆☆☆Unfortunately, the customer service at this establishment is where it falls short. The staff seems disinterested or overwhelmed, which likely contributes to the lack of dine-in patrons. Improving the quality of service could go a long way in encouraging more customers to enjoy their meals on-site.Overall: ★★★☆☆If you're looking for authentic Haitian cuisine, this restaurant delivers on that front. However, the lackluster service and atmosphere make it less appealing for a sit-down dining experience. Addressing the customer service issues could potentially transform this eatery into a more inviting and enjoyable destination for those seeking to savor Haitian flavors in a lively setting.
