The service is too slow. I like the setting and the indegrients are indeed natural. It's just the service & price that prompts me to give it a 3/5.

The quality is pretty good. The service is painfully slow, but usually worth the wait.

Today, the counter person decided that I should share my insurance needs with her, since she sells health insurance. I cancelled my order and will not go back. I wanted a smoothie like I do often, when I leave the gym. If I wanted to discuss my insurance needs, I’d call a broker!

Sorry to see so many poor reviews. Unfortunately more people speak when sad than happy :)
The Bliss juice is amazing quality and value. They were closed the other night and I really needed a juice, ordered from living greaan 30% higher cost and waaay waaaay 10x watered down - never again. Utopia is my spot! Thanks for doing things right!

Placed a pick up order online for 1 smoothie bowl. After 40 mins of waiting in the shop (with one other customer), I asked the worker to cancel the order because I needed to leave and she had not started it yet. She could not cancel it because she’d already marked it as completed on the app. $13 isn’t the end of the world but on principle, paying for something you didn’t receive is not ok and the lack of care from the staff, warranted me leaving my 1st review in years.

I was there for the 1st time and just picked upna quick wrap and juice. It was outstanding! However there was only 1 young lady trying to service everyone. She was doing everything possible between urber eat order and customers walking in... she was working! Owner needs to set up a better plan. No one should b left to close solo! If some unexpected happens then common sense should be used and close store early vs a customer having to tell walking there is only 1 worker and its after closing time. The hopes of this review is owner will fix it or put a plan in place. As a worker you should not have to be making food, handling register, security at closing , and clean up.! She had allot going on! Great juice and wrap!

Unfortunately I'm unable to rate the food the atmosphere was actually nice but not welcoming. Today was my first visit after the gym today. When I arrived it seemed empty I wasn't sure if the customer entering the store was the person who worked there or not. Shortly after a young lady came from the back who seemed like she didn't want to be there. Im unfamiliar with the menu so I allowed the customer behind me to go first she was much more welcoming with her than with me its like she perked too because she's a repeat customer. As soon as she took the young ladies order she just left me there without one word and went right back to where she came from. I'm taking the time to write this review because I'm very upset I wasted my breaktime coming into your establishment and maybe it'll encourage you to teach your staff customer service.

You guys need to seriously hire more workers. 8-9 people waiting for their orders with only one employee working register and making the orders. I had to leave and come back because it took so long

The worst experience ever waited 30 minutes for a guy bowling two smoothies very unprofessional and then when I left, I tried the smoothies tasted very old fruits. They use very very disappointed and it cost me $30 for two smoothies and a small guy ball.

The one lady they have takes FOREVER. Please hire people that do their job. If you come be ready to wait 30 minutes for a mere smoothie

The woman working here with long braids made the entire experience unpleasant. She was on her phone the whole time I was placing my order, didn’t even greet me and didn’t ask if I was dining in or taking it to go — just assumed. I had to ask if I could sit and eat there. Later, I wanted to place a second order to go, but she disappeared. I waited around five minutes and no one else came to help, so I left.

This place has a lot of potential, but the service was honestly the worst I’ve experienced in a while. I won’t be coming back.

I had the traditional Acai bowl, it was well prepared in timely manner. The taste was out of this world. As far as service i can only say they kind and explained the products well.

So I spent almost $20 after tip for the smallest açaí bowl ever. It had literally 6 slices of banana in a super small container. The açaí also had barely any flavor. I’ve been trying açaí bowl places all around and this was by far the worst! I hated wasting all of that money when other places have such better bowls for less.

The place had fresh fruit it was good vibes and my açaí bowl was amazing!
