The reason I’m reviewing the place and edited my review because two years ago I left a 5 stars. Now the staff seems unhappy. Usually when I come in. But my main reason I’m leaving the stars is this reason. I always create my “own bowl” I literally get Acia and 3 toppings so NO honey NO granola. It’s very basic and that already comes out to $16. I went to add peanut butter and the fact it’s 3.19 for peanut butter when you can buy that at a store for 1.99 is just price gaging. So I guess my point is that I would’ve never left a review in the first place, but the facts that you guys are charging three dollars for just peanut butter alone is kinda insanity. Not to mention it’s like the tiniest bit they even add on the bowl. You can go to any other açai place that is cheaper and get all the toppings in the world for example raw juice is price friendly. Yes I do know I don’t have to “buy” here. I just can’t believe it’s $3 to put peanut on in. But I will say you guys do have the best açai So I guess I will continue to pay my three extra dollars for peanut butter lol.

Best açai bowls 🥣 in Ft. Lauderdale. Variety of delicious smoothies and vegan options.
Usually very busy, so at times you have to be patient until the order is ready.

I just found this place and it seems like a place I would typically love. Unfortunately, it really wasnt good. I got the tuna sandwich and I was starving and I threw half of it out I just couldnt stomach it anymore. Tuna is soft but you have nothing to help w the texture you add chickpeas and soft bread and it feels and tastes like mush and was just falling apart everywhere with the poor bread choice. It was honestly terrible and gross. My smoothie is decent, seems healthy but nothing special and doesnt taste good. For basically $30 through uber, I would never order here again.

Where do I begin. First off, the service is terrible. I go every Friday and get a very nutty X-Large with no granola and they still manage to put granola or peanut butter when it’s supposed to be almond butter. Recently this past week I ordered my usual and when I got home there was no almond butter which I pay extra for. The staff did not even tell me. This is not the first, second, third or fourth time this has happened. I was reassured that I’d be given a refund but till this day I’m still waiting. They are sneaky and not trained well to run the establishment while the owner is away(btw she is NEVER there). This place is super expensive to have such poor service. I am NEVER going back there again. I’m sure I’ll get a fake response promising a discount or freebie. keep the reply, I’m sure it’s not genuine.

food is good, prices are deceiving, the price of the vegan wrap is listed at 12.99 and charge is 15.08, and per staff they haven't updated written prices yet.. Also they are out of many solid items. Management of this place could use some improvement.

Ever since they switched owners from Suzy to Kim this place has been a complete mess. The can't keep the same staff because they are always rotating. They keep raising the Acai prices and they get the order wrong all the freaking time. Find a better a place to spend your money!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years but please get a new cashier. Please. I can’t believe how unpleasant her energy was and I don’t have the words to describe it. I don’t know her name, but a previous review mentioned she is tall. Utopia formerly had good cashiers, so I don’t know what in the world today was about.

I usually get the CACAO BOWL. I have been getting it every Saturday or Sunday for a year now. The preorder (specifically the phone) needs a little help (someone needs to pick it up). Stopped in on Monday (Labor Day) and the place was dark and locked up (which is great that the staff get the day off). But, as a matter of customer service and professionalism...you should probably post a sign saying we are closed for the holiday so myself and a few other people that were waiting outside do not look completely ridiculous.
