This is one of my favorite places . I have coming here since the day Utopia opened.

Update: today will definitely be my last time coming here. There is no true loyalty to consistent customer base. Orders are constantly incorrect but was always flexible for the quality of acai. Never one to speak down on a black owned business... But 15% gratuity on an acai bowl is wild. Unfortunate that an owner cares more about numbers than community. Best of luck.

I've been coming here for over 8 yrs
the Acai, soups and the employees are the best! God bless you all and stay safe.
My first sentence was posted was posted years ago when Suzy was the owner. This new owner has lost it. First she raised the prices of the Acai $15 and NOW she's trying to obligate us to pay a tip by adding it to the bill. She doesn't offer you a choice. I'm not tiping for purchase. Not serve me my food while eating it there then of course tip is warranted. I DO NOT tip anywhere for take out. The bs that the tip is for employees is bs. Employees stated to me they don't even get that money. See ya. I'm seeking another business that doesn't take advantage of their customers. My loyalty is out of here. Smh greed
I had found an acai kiosk in Sawgrass Mall during the holidays. That'll be my new place to go thank God for options. I also found Sarava Acai in Wilton Manors.

The açai bowls are ok, but the service is slow and they seem uninterested, but worst of all is that they automatically charge a 20% tip and it doesn’t even go to the server. It goes to the owner.
They were already more expensive than other places, but the automatic forced tip was too much so I apologized to the server and just left to Tropical smoothie café, which is just a mile away. It’s just the principle.
And if you want to be transparent, then just raise your prices by 20% and let the servers earn their tips.

Juices and selections are good but I’m not a fan of the sneaky 20% Service Charge that have recently been added to my ticket. This has happened on multiple occasions recently. There’s no sign, no heads up, no warning. I always tip but I guess this is their way of enforcing a tip. Either way…I don’t like it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Utopia is hands-down my favorite juice bar, and their açaí bowls are next level. Seriously so fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made — I could eat one every single day and never get tired of it. As a snowbird, the moment I land in Fort Lauderdale/Pompano, my first stop is always Utopia. It’s basically a non-negotiable part of my routine. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. Pure happiness in a bowl! 🥣💜

Service was great. Prices are outrageous, and the pricing is different all over the place. I ordered a 24oz purple paradise with 1 scoop of protein. My total was OVER $25. For one smoothie.

On the menu I took a picture of, it says $10.50 for the 24oz purple paradise. So the protein scoop was $15? First and last time I come here.

I’m very disappointed. I was charged an additional 20% on my total even though I already tipped in cash. This is not a restaurant, and I find this unacceptable. I will not be returning

I went to get a juice and an already prepared tuna sandwich paid $26 and $4.20 of that was a forced 20% gratuity added to my bill. I’m sorry but forced 20% tip is crazy considering I did not sit down to eat.

I checked out Utopia Juice Bar because of the great reviews, and honestly, they did not lie. The vibes are everything. Super cute, nicely decorated, and just a really good energy the moment you walk in. The menu is stacked too, juices, smoothies, wellness shots, smoothie bowls, all of it.

Anytime I need a real dose of greens, this is where I come. I always get the Eden Greens juice, it’s my go-to and never misses. There is also this pink smoothie that I cannot remember the name of, but whew… it is so good. Like dangerously good. Everything tastes fresh, clean, and made with care.

If you are thinking about stopping by, do it. Highly recommend.

Every time I come here they are out of something. Yesterday they were out of carrots, today they are out of apples, last time I came they didn’t have apple juice for a smoothie (I’m allergic to milk) . They didn’t have apple juice for like two weeks straight.l! It’s 2pm in the afternoon and y’all already out of apples is crazy . Who does the restocking around here ? I won’t be coming back at all.

They did not have carrots, jalapeños, or pears. They ran out of apples while we waited 20 minutes for our single juice and a shot. The employee was so down and disgusted and it showed. We were too. Horribly ran business.

Honestly i love this place but apperently there’s a 15% off for new costumers and I never got it. Seems like they don’t really care about the costumers at least the young girl that was working there. I asked if i had a discount she said no:( this is my second time here i never got my discount. Not cool. Sucks because I love this place. The service could’ve been better this time. The first time the girl was so so sweet.

I recently ordered a 32 oz fresh juice online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was charged $5 more than the listed online price. I showed the staff the price directly from your website, yet they insisted I was mistaken. I found this experience very disappointing and unprofessional, and I hope you’ll address this pricing inconsistency moving forward.

PART 2 - To the representative of Utopia Juice who responded to my initial review — did you actually read it? I clearly stated that I ordered a fresh juice, not a cold-pressed juice. I even included photos of my receipt and a screenshot from your website showing the incorrect pricing.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear that several customers have experienced the same issue. Instead of taking accountability and resolving these concerns, your response chose to argue with the customer — which speaks volumes about your business practices.

I will not be returning to your establishment. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
