I got 11 nuggets the texture flavor and holding time was different with every nugget. Went back and the managers response was “ it’s the next day of course the nuggets are old “. 0/10 experience I just wanted regular 10 piece nuggets.

8/25 Sunday at 4:15pm drive thru.Do NOT get the new ranch chicken wrap from this location.Sloppy,dry chicken.They were not busy.

Make sure you get the correct change people!!! Went through the drive thru and placed an order for a $5 biggie bag and was not given a receipt and had to request it upon recieving the wrong change which was $12.35 after giving her $20 for my order totaling $5.35 from the cashier named "Destiny". I drove back around and SHE KNEW why i was there so it was intentional that she shorted me. No apology from her at all either. Wont be back here again!!

It is so rare to find such polite, courteous, and energized employees as I found at this Wendy’s on a Sunday evening at 9:30 PM. Starting from the young lady who is taking the orders at the drive-through. She was so pleasant and happy to be taking the orders and, I was blown away by her enthusiasm. A young man excepted my payment with the same friendly nature and then I needed to pull to the side as they got my order ready due to them being very busy. Just a few minutes the young lady that came running out to deliver my food to me, was so happy to be , doing her job that I actually gave them a tip because of her smile and her overall customer service. It has been a long time since I have been to a Wendy’s drive-through and have been blown away by the employees customer service and details to that service. This particular Wendy’s was my very first job at 13 years old , I am now 60 years old and it is so nice to see that they are doing what we were taught those years ago which was customer satisfaction. Way to go guys 10 stars
