If I could put a negative 1 I would besides not speaking English the guy in the window had me waiting for 15 mins while he talked to his friend at the window. Was rude to me when I got to the window and my food was cold. They suck do not go there!!!! I wish I could upload the picture I took.

I stopped by just to get French fries, and they were very disappointing. They didn’t even taste like real potatoes — more like processed starch with no flavor. Definitely not what I expected from Wendy’s. Please improve the quality or check the oil, because these fries were inedible.

Clean but staff is slow and looks lost sometimes. If you don't get their attention quick, your order can just be sitting there for like 10-15 minutes or so.

I orderd two Double cheeseburgers meals one with out pickle only one without any vegies or sauces. WITHOUT FAIL they both were plain.Not first time.They no if you go through the drive thru chances are after work your not going back.its BS.yoy cant call to talk to the manager it goes to voice mail or nothing.People in the fasst food industry dont seem to care anymore.

This location was not far from our hotel so I did a pick up order from my app. (Which btw also gave me issues for this location only. I shouldve taken it as a sign but sadly I didn't). It was a 5 minute drive. We entered wendys, went to the counter, and then ignored as if we werent standing there. I told the person we were picking up online order and he started walking around as if he had no idea where that would even be. Finally someone else helped and I got the bag which was standing on the shelf behind the counters. I asked if they have little cups for ketchup and they looked at me as if I had 2 heads and told me people just use the pump at the station to pump it onto their food. I wasn't going to continue that conversation so I said thank you, goodbye. When we brought the food back (burgers, fries, nuggets, chicken sandwich) it was cold, didn't taste fresh, as if it was pre-made prior to someone ordering it. Even my chicken nugget and french fry loving kid who has never let a french fry go to waste, refused to finish his food because it simply did not taste good. We threw out most of it because it was that bad. Also, I used a reward for a free chicken sandwich and they didn't include it, which doesn't matter anyway because the chicken sandwich that we did pay for was gross anyway. Overall poor service and definitely poor food. This location definitely made me appreciate our local one more, which is the complete opposite. I had no idea it could be this bad considering its a chain.

By far the best Wendy's around. The manager is a young Spanish girl. She has that place on lock. Everytime I go there the order is correct and fast. She should go around to other Wendy's and train the other Manager's. I wish I knew her name to give her the proper review that she deserves.
