$8 COLD deal.
Customized Burgers=COLD
Fries without salt=lukewarm and floppy.
The only thing right was the extra ICE in a separate cup.
Usually better than this, so I don't know what went south with this crew tonight.

This coffee is awful. I requested more milk and less caffeine. I realize she charged me for a large quantity, but I didn't ask for it. If you guys wanted money, you should have done precisely what I asked for, and perhaps I could have left you a tip. This tastes like watered-down coffee that has been sitting there for hours

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a Biggie Bag with a Chocolate Carmel Swirl Frosty, not a difficult order. The order taker had trouble undestanding what I wanted. There was only one window open that did payments and delivery. The team member handed me my drink and bag. She was not very friendly. When she handed me the frosty it did not look right. I asked where the caramel was. She took it back and came back almost instantly and handed me what looked like the same frosty. Still no visible caramel. She said it was there, it was just mixed in. I told her that's not the way they were usually made. She looked annoyed but offered to remake it. She told me that was the way it was done at their location. Actually, it looked like it was the original one she had made me and she just handed it back. They must have been understaffed. First World problem, but, it did not show very good customer service.

Went there last night, ordered food for my family after I paid waiting 15 minutes two young lady’s told me there weren’t any fries at all, what would I like to substitute my food for ? My kids was hungry I didn’t want to cancel my order because it was late in the evening I said nuggets were okay, make it worst they didn’t have any drinks to order only a bottle of water I can get because they had no sodas.
Got home food was so cold especially the nuggets so I believe the food was out all day.
I had to throw away the food.‘I’m so upset they need to rehire people that cares because these were young girls, when I look into my bags no receipt was in it, so I couldn’t call corporate

Did a mobile order, ten minutes later showed up to get it in the drive thru. Me and everyone else in line were asked to pull around and park. Took forever to get our food. Nothing fast about this fast food place, even given ample time to get order ready thru mobile app.

Local Dreams

Ordered on DoorDash, I ordered a 4for4 and an additional 10 pc nuggets. No nuggets got sent. Only a cold sandwich, half drunken drink, and cold fries. They gave me a huge bag just for it not much to be in it. Although it’s not all on Wendy’s, I called to see if they can refund my money since I door dashed it through the Wendy’s app and they are saying I have to wait around 12 business days to get my refund and they also refused to resend my correct order after waiting a hour. You’re better off eating at a local Arby’s. Actually sad

Food was not very warm, fries soggy, had to go inside to get missing items. We were told to pull to the side, the staff that brought the food out didn’t have our drinks, she did get some of the drinks, but when we asked about a missing one she said I don’t know and walked off. Overall felt like we were just another task they didn’t want to complete.
