They need to get rid of that horse at the window that always have an attitude. I'm sure there are other people on the reviews talking about the same lady. I went there a few times and every time she was there she seems miserable. Do your self a favor and go to Pollo or BK in the same plaza.

Drive—thru is the worst! I’ve been sitting here over 20 minutes and when I got here there was only four cars in front of me and I’m still waiting and there’s still three cars in front of me. They could care less I haven’t even placed my order yet neither has a guy in front of me. He’s been sitting at the order screen for 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging him.

I had to witness a trashy women standing at the drive-thru while I'm trying to get my frosties and the staff there handled her really well even though I was holding my horn and reminding her that it was a drive-thru not a walk-through. The employees that were very polite and apologized on her behalf, I wish these employees were paid more. You don't know what they have to go through on a day-to-day basis and that's why they're fed up with serving us.

Terrible service, I ordered thru the app, first time, had some questions before placing the pick up order, c cashier had no clue about anything in or outside app, I ordered the special "buy 1 4 pc nugget, get 1 free", when I check, of course, only one order inside... I tried to call, no answer, but couldn't leave any voicemail. And I am not driving back since I have just passed by omw to Davie. Just another example of me not checking my order right then and there.... No one's fault but mine. Still, I won't go back to that location, The staff is not interested in helping customers but more so talking to each other in creo (I can't stand when staff speaks in their native language right in front of u when preparing your order, cause I always feel / think that they talk about me, it's just rude and respectless speaking another language in front of customers, what else would we think other than them talking about us customers !?)

This was the most greasy unflavored hamburger I've ever had. The milk shake was good. The staff were fun. Sadly there are better places in the area to eat
The drive though will make you pay more for the $5.00 meal it should be $5.35 only & no more I made 4 complain & it still going on customer beware of this rip-off they have no respect for their business and customer

This place has no customer service whatsoever. They’re rude. They tell you to wait then they make the wrong order and when you call the phone to tell them that the order is wrong they let the phone ring out and they don’t answer you. You have to call multiple times and they still don’t answer.
