I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a Biggie Bag with a Chocolate Carmel Swirl Frosty, not a difficult order. The order taker had trouble undestanding what I wanted. There was only one window open that did payments and delivery. The team member handed me my drink and bag. She was not very friendly. When she handed me the frosty it did not look right. I asked where the caramel was. She took it back and came back almost instantly and handed me what looked like the same...

I had to witness a trashy women standing at the drive-thru while I'm trying to get my frosties and the staff there handled her really well even though I was holding my horn and reminding her that it was a drive-thru not a walk-through. The employees that were very polite and apologized on her behalf, I wish these employees were paid more. You don't know what they have to go through on a day-to-day basis and that's why they're fed up with serving us.
