Went to the drive thru to order and the guy yelled through the intercom GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER!!!!!!! I was very disgusted by that but I still ordered as I approached the window to pay he snatched my debit card from my hand and sucked his teeth. I tried to remain calm as he swiped my card. After I paid for my salad and lemonade he did not give me a receipt and he did not give me my drink I had to ask him for my drink. The entire staff had a bad attitude especially the cashier I will not be returning this is not the first bad experience I had with this store they do not know what it means to be professional

⚠️ I would fire every manager in this location, if I was the owner. I come here regularly and their credit card system is down for around 2 hour at least twice a week. That must cost the owner tremendous amounts of money because they are not ready to operate and take payments! ⚠️

Ordered a Cobb salad with pomegranate dressing and an apple pecan salad off of Uber eats with two large fries with ketchup. Order arrived and they gave us the Cobb salad (correct) but a Caesar salad instead or the pecan. Additionally, they gave us only Caesar dressing and ranch (which me and my mother are both allergic to) and no ketchup. The only thing either of us could eat were our fried (I’m not eating a salad with no dressing) I tried to call five times and nobody picked up the phone. Absolutely do not recommend whatsoever. Horrible striker service
