MJ was the only employee who knew what he was doing. Three stars because of him; restaurant lost two stars because of the disaster of the other two employees. I requested a cheese baked potato and was given a plain potato. Then I was given a cheese baked potato with cold cheese. I requested a chocolate swirl and was given a Frosty. MJ fixed everything!

If I can give them ZERO stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Very slow workers. Gave me a bag that was wet at the bottom and all my food fell out as soon as I grabbed it. WAITED 30 MINUTES... NO KIDDING.... 30 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD ALL FOR IT FALL ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A WET BAG!!!!

I ordered the taco salad which brings usually comes with tortillas for added crunch. They gave me saltines. I kindly asked for extra tortilla chips. She gave me more saltines. I finally pointed at the tortilla chips behind the counter she gave me more saltines instead. We both spoke plain English. I purchased my own tortilla chips at the convenice store across the way. IF I JUMP OVER THE COUNTER AND GET MY OWN CHIPS THEN IM THE BAD GUY. IM EXHASTED

Service was slow all but one kiosk was working and there was no one at the register. The employees were rude and that is an understatement. He was basically yelling at my mom.

I asked for a small Frosty and the cashier told me that I must buy a Large… I told her I didn’t want it… I said just give me some 6-piece nuggets and the cashier said NO; that they only have 10-piece ones…. I ACTUALLY TOLD HER THAT WHAT THEY WERE DOING WAS TOO WEIRD. I DEFINITELY DID NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THAT WENDY’S OR IN THAT PLACE; I left that place because their employees, including the cook, were very strange.

got there for breakfast at 10 am but they didn't have it on the menu anymore so I guess they stop serving breakfast after 10am unlike most other locations

Expensive and extremely slow . Go to the snack shop better .
Slowest service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. 4 employees standing around, chuckling, while 25 customers sit around for 30 minutes waiting for food. Employees waiting around twiddling their thumbs. Food eventually arrives cold.

Honestly, the worst coffee I've had in a very long time.
Service is really good though. Young man with dreads and a tattoo on his left wrist is always attentive and respectful.
Update: after passing by a few more times I gotta say, 20 min for two burgers? It's ridiculous to wait that long. There were only two people after me and it was 8pm on a Tuesday. (Completely empty)
And to make it worse, the fries were old.

Worker is incompetent and can’t read a simple order.
Went to get a frosty. Regret set in after first spoon full of whatever filthy thing they served me, I mean it looks like a frosty but I think it may be botulism with a cream coating. Either way it was disgusting.
