Drive thru cashier has tried to give me incorrect change twice now. Either she can't do math or is stealing from customers.. Most likely the latter. Beware of Spanish girl when paying cash.

Ordered a baconator… received a double, but got charged for a triple. Stupid to waste fuel returning to a spot where the woman on To Go did the least to communicate the order properly with us. I understand you are timed by your company, but why waste my time? After handing us the bag she didn’t give me a receipt or say anything. We waited. She asked what’s up so I told her to give me a receipt (so I could get her name): Crystal. Quickly just shut it back. Poor customer service.

Drove up before 5 pm. Ordered a big bacon classic with fries and Sprite. Give the young lady my card, after a couple of minutes she returns my card and hands me my large Sprite. I didn't get a receipt but figured it would be in the bag. She asked me to pull forward and she'd bring the order to me. I'm waiting for several minutes, and while I wait I take a sip of the Sprite. Its diet. When she finally comes out with my order I tell her the drink is wrong, I didn't order diet. She says to me they only have diet drinks but I can have a lemonade or water. I am obviously surprised. So I ask, you only have diet drinks? She's responds that they ran out of sweetener. Ok, I'll take a lemonade, but I tell her this should have been stated when I ordered, not just hand me a diet drink without saying anything. I look in the bag for my receipt. Not in there. I tell her when you bring my new drink, please bring me my receipt and ketchup. She says, I didn't print your receipt and we're out of ketchup. lol. Can't make this stuff up. I tell her I want a receipt. She comes back with a lemonade and my receipt. I can understand running out of items, but tell your custom advance. I haven't been to a fast food in over 3 years. Today was a supposed to be a treat/cheat day. If I had known no ketchup for the fries and no regular drinks, I would have ordered just the sandwich. Not even an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I don't know if this is poor training or bad employees, but do better Wendy's. This is unacceptable.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I ordered a standard. chrispy chicken $5 biggie bag with no lettuce and a Dr Pepper. I paid exact change. Then was given a large coke and a double stack with cheese and lettuce.I was not given a receipt which goes hand in hand with the fact that the last thing I saw on the order screen before I turned the corner was the word "Cancelled"This is the third time it's happened. And it always happens when they are slow. If I didn't know any better I would say the employees were stealing. But I'm sure I'm wrong. I'm mean... what would A guy with 20 years of retail and loss prevention experience know about that anyways. I won't post pics for this review like I do with others because they don't deserve it.

Soooooo this is not my first time at this Location. Every single time I come here there is always a rude Haitian girl at the window every time and every day she’s always rude I don’t know if it’s because she’s forced to be in America because clearly she’s not happy that’s besides the point Today I came it is now December 16 to order the same thing I purchased on December 11 I got out of line because I seen that she rung me up for 6.31$ so I asked her I thought it was 5.35$…. So she changed the price and said it was 5.90$ so I told her OK thank you I no longer want anymore. I know where I can get it for 5.35$. My whole thing about this particular location is that they try to get over on you so if you’re not paying attention to your total price, they’ll literally charge you without your knowledge I save my receipt because I knew That I would come back again and be another situation. I will contact corporate to let them know of this matter. I also called the store to let them I was Contacting corporate after the manager agreed with the girl and told me that my biggie bag would be $5.90 so I uploaded a receipt to prove that, I’m not over exaggerating!!! I also uploaded my other receipt from a different Wendy’s that sells the same products for the 5.35$ price…

12/20/23 355pm the black lady in the drive thru was rude. She handed me my drink and card, I asked for a straw and she replied in the bag and shut the window. All this was with a negative attitude. Then I get everything and she gives me one napkin so I ask for more. I say thank you after she gives me one more napkin and she dosnt respon just shuts the window like she did the 1st time.

This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. There is always an issue, between the long waits, they are always out of something and messing up the orders I can not go here again. I have been 3-4 times, as it is near my job. But this last visit did it for me.I asked for the chicken Nacho sandwich. I already had to wait for the order, the girl that took the order was short and rude. When I got to the window I tried to lighten the mood to see if she was good, she tells me no because it's only her and 2 other people, ok I get the stress, but you can't be rude.Once I got my food asked for the receipt. No can do ma'am there is no paper for the printer. Wait you have paper in the back so people can get their receipt. Not one roll?Ok. This should have clued me in to check my food. But I didn't, got back to the office to find I had a burger instead of chicken. And I mean the sandwich was disgusting looking, then you have 3 patties on the bread and 2 are small squares and one large square.So I called twice no answer, left a voicemail and still have not heard from anybody. $15 down the drain, as I did not eat the burger.
