Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

This location is very ignorant, childish, and unprofessional. Their staff is fulfilled with young juveniles that are ready to play over your food. You order one thing they give you another you order hot they give you mile you order lemon pepper they give you regular you order blue cheese they give you ranch you order ranch they give you blue cheese, you order any type of sauce you get no sauce at all. I don’t know whether they are trying to do this as a gimmick, and it be a inside joke for them to laugh about at the end of the day on how they played with customers or if they just honestly ignorant and are “uneducatedly” (My own word) mixing up peoples orders. So imagine reaching all the way to your destination being home or wherever and your order is not correct after you verbally announced it via phone or via walk in order. I feel that the staff plays with your food Choices and specifications on purpose. And I don’t think that that’s fair based on the prices that they charge for your food and your expectations for such a location with such popularity I feel that this location needs to do better with their staff based on people that wish to work there and satisfy the customer and have professionalism and be more prompt and be more educated with request and Orders. I’ve never knew of this location but once I found out about this location now I wish I never knew of it. I’m sure corporate may not care about these type of reviews because they constantly get customers rotated in and out of their establishment. But after so many negative complaints I believe you do have the option of possibly being shut down in the future so I feel like you should be aware of this -Corporate .

This wingstop SUCKS! Every single time I order from here, they forget items. This is the 7th time I've ordered from here and they forgot something. I will go out of my way next time to order from a different wingstop location. Do better.

I’ve been to wingstop multiple times. Tastes good, nothing to make a review about really…until today! Amanda at this location was awesome! She immediately greeted us with the most friendly welcome 🥰 She told us about the deals, in which we ended up getting free fries for a short survey 🫣 Very attentive and good customer service! Thanks Amanda!

Every Time I Order Here The Customer Service Is Bad, After 11:00pm They Stop Answering The Phone Or Answer And Hang Up The Phone. When You Walk In No One Acknowledges You, Everyone Is In The Kitchen Taking About Their Personal Life. The Owners Should Be Ashamed Of This Establishment. The Night Shift Is The Laziest Shift Ever, Instead Of Putting The Sauce Correctly On The Wings They Fill The Whole Container With Butter. I Never Have To Deal With This In The Day Time.The Only Reason Im Giving 3 Stars Is Because Of The Day Staff The Young Skinny Lady At The Front Is Always Nice I Only Ever Have Problems With Night Shift.

I like hot or mild wings with garlic powder in them ( since they don’t carry minced) No matter how I enter my request, in person or on the phone they NEVER get it right. Once the garlic was in the side in a cup. Today I have no garlic at all. Paying $30 for something you have to take home and add what you asked for is crazy. Sauce the wings , sprinkle the garlic. That’s it…that’s all. Sheesh!!

Customer service sucks , they never answer their phone and when they do they tell you there not taking orders over the phone, to order online and it never works due to an error in their system!!!! Worst Wingstop ever !

Walked in and ordered 8 piece combo and waited 30 minutes. 5 people working and only 2 doing anything & one talking about bible verses about poor man. Not friendly at all and it’s obvious the take online & call in orders ahead of walk in customers & the place was not crowded. Want go back workers are Lazy & don’t care.

I can't give a two-star for anything. When they first open it was pretty decent I suppose Maybe a 3.5? They got so much wrong tonight AGAIN, I guess the owner just don't care as long as they bring the numbers in. They mixed up our order, they gave me the wrong dressing and I paid five bucks for it, I asked for well done and they were less than cooked perfect. The phone rings and rings and rings and rings, I'm sitting in my car looking in the restaurant and they're all just standing there, It's a huge disappointment. I'm not going to say the word but from the minute you walk in to the minute you're not greeted or thanked or anything that a restaurant should do it feels so G----O. Definitely not spending any more money there.

💯 Amazing service.
Wing n Fries were freshly cooked and very delicious. I even forgot my phone and didn't realize it till after 20mns of leaving.
Came back and they had already found it and kept it somewhere safe for me to pick it up.
These days, people aren't so kind, especially with phones. What an amazing crew they have working today. Great job WingStop Management.
