My recommendation is the Smooth 7. It was sooooo good. It’s a hot Irish Breve with white Mocha!!!! It’s addictive. I drove a long while to get here and have no regrets. Service is quick. There are two drive thrus. Of course they have a variety of hot, cold, blended coffee and other drinks, but on a cold Florida day I desperately needed a hot drink. This place is buzzing. The only issue I encountered was leaving the drive thru and trying to line up at the traffic lights to get back unto 41 in Port Charlotte.

Ive been coming to 7brews since our location opened in South Carolina over 3 years ago. I rarely have a bad visit. This is on the service. I pulled up to an empty line.. Guy immediately took my drink order. As we spoke 2 cars pulled up in the other lane. He walked over to take their order which took a while. A lady walked out and asked if my order had been taken. She moved to the other vehicle or maybe one behind me. I watched my drink be sat down. Lady comes back inside about 3-4 minutes later and with at least three employees inside, my drink sits there. 5 minutes elapsed and the guy is finally able to get away from that customers to run over and hand me my drink. With 3 people inside and one taking orders, someone should be a runner to help distribute drinks especially with 1 person handing both lines.
I Went there 2days in a row. 1st day I ordered a iced caramel coffee and it tasted sour & bitter 2nd day I went, I ordered a blondie iced, small. Literally tasted like straight milk. Would’ve turned around but I didn’t have time. Won’t be coming back. I actually like these coffee shops, ig this location just don’t follow the drink instructions when making them.

Need to get the order of the drive thru down a little better. I waited 20 minutes today WITH my order cause the person in front of me hadn't ordered yet, some how? Very frustrating when you are rushing to work. Already got my order, but I need to wait extra time for the person in front of me to get theirs. Fix that problem and it will be perfect.
