Applebee’s Grill + Bar

I frequently go to this Applebee's with friends on Saturday nights for karaoke.. Shawna, one of the waitresses, is the best! Unfortunately some of the other wait staff isn't as good which is why this a 4 star instead of a 5. Nobody I've ever gone with has had a complaint about the food.

Ordered two of the 12oz sirloin dinner medium rare. Both steaks came medium well. The manager states that we miraculously got the last two 12 oz steaks and would have to have 2- 6oz steaks. Their "go to" answer. After 2 more trys at cooking steaks medium rare they still came medium well. Didn't eat and still got charged for drinks

I went to this restaurant a few days ago. I normally do not like going to Applebees but came with some friends for dinner. My server was Daniel and he was the best server I have ever had! He was so friendly and personable and really made the experience a great one! He made sure our drinks were always full and checked in on us several times to make sure everything was good and we had everything we needed. I will definitely go back to have Daniel be our server again!

My boyfriend and I had a gift card from the holidays so we decided to try out Applebee's again after a year or more of not going. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience as the menu was updated, the service was good, and the time it took to receive our food was short. I will definitely be back in the future!

Applebees is always good. That being said, our server was the worst we've had in years! It was mid to late afternoon the day after Christmas and the restaurant was not busy. It was difficult to find her to ask for a glass for the bottle of root beer she plopped down in front of me. When she finally brought one, it was dirty and she said it came out of the dishwasher that way. The entire meal experience was like that. The food was very good, as usual.
