I bought the Ham Sandwich, it hardly had any ham in it. It was definitely the worst meal I have ever bought at Arby's.. The Employees acted like they didn't want to be there they weren't even talking to each other that I could see. They all looked miserable.. I tried the Mac and Cheese it was ok. The Potato cakes were a bit undercooked to my liking.. At this point I don't think I would recommend going there , It's not the same servings anymore. They should change the pictures on the Menu.💯💯

Nancy ripped a cup out of my mom’s hand and spoke to her so incredibly rudely that she was almost in tears! I will be calling the manager and corporate, she treated every customer worst and worse as the line went on. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

I just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a jalapeño roast beef slider…… The chicken sandwich was fried to death and SMOTHERED in a mayo & lettuce that weighed 8.5 ounces on the scale when I weighed it!!! I was BEYOND baffled by this!!! My family and myself are NEVER ones to complain but, I was waiting for folks with cameras to jump out and tell me I was PUNKED!!!! I wish I could post pictures of this! I know it is fast food but JEEZ…. It was a $10 sandwich with literally a HALF POUND of mayonnaise!! Arby’s should be ashamed!!!!!!!!

The front of the house staff is always wonderful. I usually get good food here, also. But today the ham in the ham and swiss was sliced in thick slabs, so it wasn't nice to eat at all.
