Ordered through the drive thru. We got the new deep fried. Turkey sandwich. I prefer the classic arby but the turkey was good.

We went thru drive thru, as we do most of the time. In the past some of the cashiers at the wondow were rude and act like they hated their job and the customers. However, we went thru drive thru Sunday night and Victoria went above and beyond. She greeted is at the window with a smile, presented our food immediately, and said thank you for coming to Arbys, gave me my change and said some nice things to us and then said thanks again, and it was a pleasure serving you. Her tone of voice sounded like she genuinely meant every word. Very friendly and professional way to do business. We will definitely come back to Murdoch Arbys because of Victoria !

Service was terrible! Wish I had gotten names of the extremely rude employees. Three employees stood right in front of me with their backs to me. I waited at least 8 minutes before one turned around to take my order. I tried to use a coupon that expired that day and two of them argued with me about that, saying I couldn't use it because it was "expired". I've never had ANY place tell me I couldn't use a coupon that expires that same day. They obviously did not want my business so...
I walked out
By the way, there were people in line behind me but none in front of me

My husband and I have enjoyed going by Arbys for years and grabbing roast beef and fries occasionally, We stopped going a couple of years ago due to the customer service we experienced at this location. I had to leave a review ewas so impressed with the service we received a few weeks ago with the service and willingness to go that extra mile for the customer. The young lady's name was Hannah. She was extremely busy, but she gave each customer her best with a smile the entire time. Thank you Hannah 😊 hoping to see you next time.

Waited in line for at least 20-30 minutes. Got 3 classic roast beef. The buns were somehow burnt on top and roast beef seemed like it was day old at least. We didn’t know the sandwiches were like that as we didn’t open the bag until we got back home. This Arby’s has some issues.

Arby’s food is pretty consistent throughout each location if managed well, but it’s service that makes a location different. We usually go for lunch at this location and have had the friendliest staff. Last night we chose to go through the drive thru around 9:30pm. The lady working the window was ok enough until we checked the order and saw our large fries were only 3/4 filled and we realized we forgot to ask for sauce. When we showed her and asked to have fries added to equal the amount of a large fry order, she sighed loudly and became so rude. Gave us some extra fries and 3 sauces and shut the window and walked away. Who cares if we were satisfied.
