The girls in the back were very obviously intoxicated and told me the store was closed even though it was 715 and it closes at 8 both need to be fired and I am still hungry for a pretzel I am completely serious those girls back there on 4/24/25 were horrible and leave customers hungry

Great pretzels, when you can get them. I'm not sure if this is owned by the stingiest or the laziest franchisee, but it's pretty bad. They seem to be open whatever hours, not at all sticking to a regular closing schedule. Poor employees are always working alone, probably won't allow them to have help.

I ordered a pretzel. When I took the first bite , the pretzel was as hard as a ceramic pot! Turned it around, it was even harder! This is not the first time I got horrible pretzels from this Walmart. I will NEVER buy from them again. My mouth is bleeding from the hard pretzel. Auntie Auntie should close this location.

i stood at the counter as one of the girls typed away on her phone after noticing i was waiting to have my order taken. another girl was sweeping and saw me, through her broom down as she huffed and puffed to come take my order. after reaching the register she just stared at me. i decided to greet her and she kept staring at me until i said my order. she shuffled over to give me my lemonade and said not one word to me the whole interaction. typically the girls here are so sweet. you don’t have to enjoy your job but the least you could do is communicate with a friendly customer like you’re paid to do.

Who does a drop in the middle of having a line? Not a shift change a drop. On national pretzel day. So they don't have to give out free pretzels. Waited 20 mins and she said I should leave lol. Terrible business!

I stood at the counter and never got waited on. A girl was making pretzels, she was busy. Another lady was on her phone WITH HER GLOVES ON, PLAYING! I was so disappointed! I have been a good customer. I finally left the store! Very upsetting!

Terrible customer service, they do not want to sell or make the orders! Went there many times and the same. The owner should pay attention to this. They could sell more but the service HORRIBLE
We placed an order more than 24 hours ahead of time for pick up at this location for the Game Day snack pack. We were scheduled to pick it up at 3:30. When we arrived they were closing up and said they never made our order and would not be making it. This is absolutely ridiculous and they were incredibly rude. They had our number the whole time to notify us if they were not going to make the food we ordered ahead of time and was fully paid for. Absolute worst employees and customer service. Also it says they are open until 9pm but they were closing at 3:30 “for the Super Bowl” that starts at 6 pm. Seems they could have made our food and still made it home for the Super Bowl. But I find it hard to believe they are supposed to close early when they are offering these special packs for people to pick up for the Super Bowl!

Everytime i go to this Auntie Annes...its not great. They never have a variety of items, it always seems their never is an adult around, only minors...which seems they don't love, let alone like their jobs. Anytime I ask if are making anything, they say no! And lets not talk about sanitation!! I witnessed an associate take an order, walk to the back, take payment, open and close their hot case that holds the food, proceeds to try to take my order but fails, and then continues to roll out dough without ever changing his gloves!! Wow! Health department would have a blast! Good luck!!

Pretzels were burnt. Had no ice for the pop. Would not make any pretzels and it was 7pm they close at 9pm. Did not bag up my pretzels bites either. Two little girls working.
