I had a great experience my first time there. The Kavatender was friendly and welcoming and gave us two Kava shots on the house. One was the regular shell, which is larger than the ones I've had in the past at other bars, and the second was their Chai kava shot.I am not a fan of chai and neither is my husband, but we were pleasantly surprised and we really enjoyed it! This kava bar is absolutely amazing! The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the punk rock inspired atmosphere is fun and unique. Black sheep has definitely become a place that I frequent, and highly recommend to anyone searching for a kava bar with a more alternative vibe, or anyone interested in exploring the benefits of kava and kratom. Bula!

The moment I walked in I thought I was home. It’s a great looking DIY punk rock style kava bar. The tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. It being a music venue was awesome to see. I’ll be enjoying the pool tables the next time I stop by.
