It wasn't the best breakfast I ever had. I hope the kitchen crew makes things look like the menu pictures in the future. The coffee was great. The service was excellent.

Got the caramel apple farmers breakfast and I didn’t have to eat again until dinner. Great service, great food. Honestly the coffee here is better than any of the coffee chains around.

I recently ordered the takeout holiday meal for people. I ordered online with a pickup at 1:30 p.m. I arrived at 1:45. I have never been there before so I went up to the cash register and asked for my meal. They had trouble finding me in the computer and then they asked me if I ordered online and I said yes. Then they found me in the computer and they asked me to have a seat and they said it would be 8 minutes before it was ready. So I sat down. And I waited a lot more than 8 minutes until I noticed some other girl go and pick up her meal from the takeout shelf which I couldn't see from where I was sitting. So I went over and sure enough my meal have been sitting there the entire time. So I finally told them that my meal had been sitting there they didn't need to be prepping another one. So I took that one to the car and I checked it just in case. And sure enough it was missing the corn and the green beans with ham. So they did furnish those. We went home and warmed everything up. All the food was really good except for the green beans and ham. They were too salty to eat. They were fully staffed and had people just standing around with nothing to do so it wasn't a lack of employees. Just a very disorganized place.

Ordered the turkey dinner and the chocolate cake type dessert for delivery through their website and the incorrect food was delivered and I gave it back to the delivery guy. Then I called the restaurant to let them know and person answering the phone had no idea what to do said manager would call back but then he called back and said food was ready come get it I said no it was a delivery order if not able to deliver then refund my money now he needs to get manager to call me back?! I have now waited over a hour and no call back from anyone imagine that so they give driver wrong order and don’t give a refund for not getting me my food. Don’t go to this location Venice location is so much better!!

Food is average the service was poor. Waitress poored coffee b4 patrons arrived patrons order almost the same items every week have to wait for butter and syrup by the time we get it food cold. Eggs always over cooked only go cus 2 of my good friends like going there

There was a small mix-up with my Bob Evans carryout order, but Kevin handled it with such kindness and professionalism. Knowing how busy it is the day before Thanksgiving, I truly appreciated his patience and accommodating attitude while making sure everything was corrected. His excellent customer service made the experience a positive one despite the hiccup.

We didn’t even get as far as ordering food. After being in there for 30 minutes our server finally came back to take our order. At this point we wasn’t eating there. Their ceiling is dirty with what looks like mold. We ordered waters along with coffees and a chocolate milk drink. The chocolate milk had bits that looked like lettuce in, that got changed out. Then the waters had loads of bits in them. 10/15 minutes had gone by after she had brought the coffees to us and still no milk/creamer or even cutlery. By the time we got creamer the coffees were cold. The server was hardly anywhere to be seen and it wasn’t exactly busy. We brought it to the attention of the manager that the waters didn’t taste right and had bits in them, he didn’t even seem bothered, said it’s tap water they give so that’s probably why it doesn’t taste right and it must be the ice machine to why there was bits in the drinks. No apology, no nothing. We thought we’d give them a go instead of going to metro diner like we normally do but we definitely won’t be going back there, can’t even give clean drinks I dread to think what might be happening to the food.

The service was significantly lacking. It felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff by being there. The server, Hailey rarely checked on us. Empty drinks most of the meal until the manager came around with a coffee pot for refills and even commented that my cup was cold. No offer to bring more cream or sugar. My food was not how I ordered it, but since it took so long to get it, I didn't want to send it back. My boyfriend and his dad enjoyed their food. We will not be back any time soon.
