We waited in an empty restaurant for 15 min just to be greeted at our table. Another 20 min passed before we got our drinks and then food came about 10 min later. We were missing several food items when it arrived.We had to find our waitress hanging with coworkers in order to get refills. The toast that was forgotten came out black. The whole experience took about 90 min in an absolutely empty restaurant. It was empty when we arrived and when we left, now I know why.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and can accommodate infants.

My friend was served a ham omelet when he specifically ordered a steak tip omelet. He addressed to the waitress he CAN NOT have pork. Yet was served it. The waitress never came back to apologize nor took it off our Bill. Keep in mind she never came back to check in on us. Will not be going back to this location.

I was disappointed in the home fries I'm a country boy and that was the type I used to for home friesIt had a picture of him and the menu so I had no reason to complain it's just not what I was used to and I don't know I should have ordered hash browns I knowOutside of that it was delicious the other peopleThe BLTs look yummy oh my God I wish I had gotten themOh wow they were outstanding

My recent visit to Bob Evans left much to be desired, largely due to the poor service provided by a server named Lily. From start to finish, the experience was marred by incompetence and indifference.Upon entering the restaurant, the lack of greeting was unsettling. Lily seemed preoccupied and disinterested, barely acknowledging our presence as we were seated. Throughout the meal, her demeanor remained cold and unengaged.It quickly became apparent that Lily was either unfamiliar with the menu or simply uninterested in assisting us. Requests for recommendations or modifications to our orders were met with vague responses and a noticeable lack of effort.Worse still, our food took an exorbitant amount of time to arrive, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. When it finally did, it was clear that little care had been put into its preparation. Cold food, incorrect orders, and missing items were just a few of the issues we encountered. Attempts to flag Lily down for assistance proved futile, as she was nowhere to be found for much of the meal. When she did eventually return, it was with an attitude that bordered on rudeness.Overall, the experience at Bob Evans was nothing short of disappointing, largely due to the subpar service provided by Lily. It's a shame that such a reputable establishment would allow for such lackluster service to tarnish its reputation. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.
