Captain Crab Seafood

Had an absolutely great time the food was delicious we had lobster, dungenous crab, snow crab, shrimp, black mussels, clams, sausage, hard boiled eggs, hush puppies, and a dozen oysters and I don't have a complaint about any of it. Our bill while some would have sticker shock I feel it was reasonable for the amount of food. ( bill total was 192 dollars) thanks captain crab we will be back.

My family and I were in town for a funeral and chose to eat here after. After hearing that there was a wait, we chose to sit at the bar. The bartender, Miguel, was amazing and kept us laughing all night! Our food was great, the drinks were awesome, and we loved our first night so much, we went back the second night, which was just as good. I can't recommend this place enough!

This is my first time getting Captain crab delivery instead of being in the restaurant, I was super excited because their food is usually very good great portions! however with that being said, tonight what I received nothing was right from the 8 muscles and seven shrimp (apparently that was half lb each?!) with two hard potatoes. Pretty sure this is a case of "it's getting delivered so we're just going to throw whatever in a bag" because if I was sitting in the restaurant and received this same bag I would have had them take it back. Cost too much to be ripping people off via delivery 🙄 Wether food is served in person or not. The portions should at least match the price you're paying. please have your employees show a little more pride in your restaurants reputation when packing to go orders. Thanks

Loved the fun atmosphere, attentive waitstaff, but especially the food-delicious, lightly battered fried oysters, shrimp, tilapia, and chicken tenders! We need to return and try getting our hands dirty!

We brought our parents here and we all loved it. We got 2 weekend specials, and 2 Thursday specials. They were packed full of flavor and I highly reccomend you ignore the outside. Our server was attentive and made sure our experience was superb. We will be back!!!

Manager/owner chemistry who don't take responsibility for a simple and honest mistake made where the wrong take out order was placed in front the wrong customer at the table. Came back with food, refused to take exchange, then said "we can't control what happens outside of the restaurant" and "we will lose $30" for a simple mistake made by them.

By the way, the cooks and the waitress did great, it was an honest mistake. Management however was incapable of a simple solution? No listening or attempt to understand? Stubborn denial? Prioritizing fragile ego over customer service? All of the above?

One major problem was the tip is included and they don't tell you. The food was fine and service was very good. All of our guests were very unhappy about the tip. Everyone Tiped double. We will not be so generous next time.
