Used to be Amici's. 3rd visit here doing pickup. Excellent pizza and fresh ingredients. One of the better pies in town. Advice, get the tip jar off the take-out pickup counter. No tip if I'm not a sit down customer with a waiter or waitress serving me at my table....NOT the takeout counter. This is an irritation to your older customers!

I've had almost every pizza offered in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. This is Amicis Pizza? I ordered online and the pizza was wonderful. Thin crust and cooked perfectly. Can't wait to try some of their menu items. Ingredients were fresh.

We want to sit out in the court yard and eat our pizza. The pizza is deliscious and we especially enjoy the courtyard. Have a door installed in the wall where people order to make it easier to access.

Delicious homemade pizza vibes. Ingredients tasted fresh and the pie was amazing!Will be back many more times in the future, highly recommend trying this gem out.

This has to be one of the worst pizza’s we’ve ever had. The crust, on the bottom was complete flour. The sauce had no flavor to it. The sausage was bland as well. There are too many other choices, including chains with better pizza than this. We won’t return.

Stopped in to have lunch and it's a takeout only. Instead of the pizza we ordered the foot subs: one chicken parm and a meatball sub. I had mine cut into quarters thinking 3-4 meatballs and at least one per quarter. Lettuce and tomato, too. When I got home and opened it it had tiny little pieces of meat. Meatballs? I have no idea. Each time I picked up a quarter to take a bite the diced meat pieces fell out! I honestly can't say it was a meatball sub. I couldn't even enjoy a decent bite of meatball and sauce because it fell out. Service was excellent... the idea to dice up the meatballs and fill a sub for a meatball sub? Not such a good idea! I craved a meatball sub with sauce, lettuce and tomatoes and I got a minced meat mess!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery an d waited over 1 1/2 hours. So we called and they said your pizza has been done for over 1 1/2 hours. Then said we could pick it up. So we went to pick it up and it was dried out. Then told us we would have to get ahold of Slice to get our money back. Didn't even offer to remake it. Never order from them!!!

Definitely this place has changed with new owners. I ordered two calzones, one ham and one spinach for $34.24. All you could taste was oregano it was so over powering both were inedible. I called to let them know and I was told "Customers normally complain of not enough oregano and she would let them know ??" I will not do that twice.

Don't know what happen to Amici's . Best pizza around. Last couple of times it was bad . Under cooked dough. Antipasto salad was a joke. Sorry to hear that Jimmy retired. But good for him. He was a hard worker. Time to find a new pizzeria

Horrible pizza !!! A big lie with someone from there saying it's the same recipe as Jimmy. Start your own business and drop the name Amici's. Captain Fantasy isn't going to cut it in Port Charlotte. Stop kidding yourselves, I'd rather have a frozen pizza.
