Got a gift card for Christmas. I usually drive by Cheddars because the parking lots are usually very full, and I don't have time for that. Sat at the bar, got a happy hour margarita, Ellen got a glass of wine. Crousaints were warm and delicious. The combo appetizer was big and very good. The fried cheese curds were great. We ended up taking most of our dinner to go, after the big app, we were pretty full. Her pot pie warmed up nicely, but lacked flavor and pretty much any seasoning. The ribs were good, not great. Loaded baked potato was very good. We were looking forward to the broccoli cheese casserole, but they forgot to put it in the togo bag. It's an acceptable chain restaurant, but nothing remarkable. Very friendly people there, would return, but only if the parking lot isn't jam packed.

This is the first place we ate out at when we moved into town a few months back. It was a great experience all around, kind of renewed my faith in the restaurant industry. Since then we've ordered delivery several times and the food is always fantastic. This is the third time in a row ordering Cheddars delivery where we've both complained that we're so full but just can't stop eating... which is a good problem that I do not often experience with any other place. Absolutely recommend both sit-in and take-out/delivery. Keep up the good work!

We went here after landing from Canada and were incredibly impressed! Everything was delicious, prices fantastic, service very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was comforting, perfect for comfort food. My son loved the tablet games provided on the table and the fish tank in the wall.

We order ribs and they were terrible very little meat on the bone or no meat at all only sauce. Their ribs use to be great with lots of meat but not now. Must of change delivery company and waited 10 minutes before a server came to the table. Very disappointed with them

This was our second visit to Cheddar Scratch Kitchen, and overall, we had a good experience. Everything was fine, and we enjoyed our time. I did notice the chicken was a bit over-salted, and I let the waitress know, and she said they would pass it along to the kitchen. Despite that, I still believe they can improve, and we’ll definitely consider returning.

Definitely will go back. The signature drink (you can only have 2) was awesome. Food was great. MUST try the complimentary croissants. Definitely will go back.

Service was absolutely terrible. It took like 20-30 minutes to even get my drink. After that I drank my whole drink and had to wait another 10 minutes to get a refill even though I asked multiple times. The food was ok but when I was eating, my food randomly turned sweet at the end and when I looked something liquid or substance was on the back of it. Drink was all syrup, people who had entered way after me got their food first. Server was laughing at nothing. Would not recommend going here.

I was waiting for the server more than 15 minutes he showed up and said let me run this drinks and I'll be back the he was walking and talking to other tables, I called the manager he ignored me. Sorry but the service is very important and you guys failed.
