I ordered a drink for pick up at 8:58pm. They wouldn't let me go inside and get my drink because they said the dining room closed at 9. Made me wait 25 minutes in the drive thru for one drink: that is really petty customer service, I wouldn't treat a customer like That. I had already prepaid for the drink or else I would have just left.

Love going to Chick-fil-A as my favorite chicken place to eat. They remodeled the store so there's usually seats available inside or a large drive-thru to go through for easy pickup. Love their tea there and the chicken sandwiches or Minnie's or whatever is always excellent.
