Messed up my order , ordered 2 number 1s extra pickles and a number 3 What was received for the order Was 1 number 1 and a number 3 so I had to go somewhere else for lunch for my self next time I guess I’ll have to repeat my self many times to get order correct

UPDATED: Ate a 5 count grilled chicken nuggets with a large fry and medium sweet tea. Started having stomach cramps on the way home and then started having nonstop diarrhea. Eventually vomited and was transported to the emergency room. I was severely dehydrated, pale white as a cloud. I had to go through extra doses of zofran, two full bags of IV fluids, a CT scan and home now with 3 prescriptions and an antibiotic to fight the food poisoning. Still having diarrhea as I write this. Never again will I come back to this place, even their drive thru lines are slowest ever. I am given a massive hospital bill because of this.Longest drive thru of my entire life and I've been here several times with the same issue.

Omg!!!! Never Have i been to a nicer chick fil a! Typically I visit the one on colonial but today I was welcomed at the register by the absolute most sweetest person, Jules. She made my experience quick, smooth, and even had perfect accommodations to my allergies. It just felt great to be serviced by someone who genuinely enjoys helping me, it made me and the kids ordering 10x smoother. So thank you Jules And thank you CFA!!! You gained a new regular.

Wow! I have never gone to a Chick-fil-A and yesterday I had a spicy chicken sandwich. Awesome! Waffle fries and a mocha coffee drink that was just perfect. The gentleman that waited on me was so friendly.
They have the best food and chicken. Also they have the best service you can think of. Theo is one of the best kitchen workers there is in the business. He really knows what he is doing.

They seem to be always out of macaroni and cheese and I love this place so much, but some of the other customers can be very aggressive in the drive thru, which makes life uncomfortable, if you have a big order, just go inside, it used to be common courtesy that if your getting a lot of food to walk in and order but that seems not to be the times anymore. They do have pull up zones but it's still frustrating to wait for a family of 8 while I wait for a soda and a sandwich

They robbed me out of my free meal. Lady who took my order scanned my app to get free meal. I paid full price. Went to the window and explained the situation. They rang up a new order and took it off and printed a receipt to make it seem like it was taken off the original order. I only noticed it when I left. I payed full price and they took my rewards off the app. Also gave me the wrong stuff.

This location keeps messing up my order.i have had items missing, no dressing for my salad and they could have sent my son to the hospital! There are a lot of places to eat, especially in that location. We chose this establishment over and over again, hoping that it would change. We waited for the remodel and it seems to be even worse. The service is very slow and the food is not what it should be. We’ve been too many other Chick-fil-A’s as we travel a lot. And this one is by far the worst!
