Chili's Grill & Bar

Went in with a friend for lunch today at the bar. Service was super fast and friendly from Sam! The lunch burger special was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms were stocked and recently cleaned!
We really enjoyed lunch today, thank you!!!

Food and service were VERY slow. Sunday night, place was not busy but our server kept disappearing for long stretches of time and dinner took a long time getting out of the kitchen

When it did arrive it was hot and yummy, but not impressed with the overall evening.

11/11/24 service was great, margaritas 🍹 were exceptional best one yet in Port Charlotte. The boss burger is the boss, hot and juicy. I highly recommend this place, will be going back before I go home.

We were in town for a concert, and my husband wanted to watch the Gators game before we went. The server was the best server we've ever had at a Chili's. I wish I had gotten her name to give her a shout-out. She put our game on a TV that my husband could see without question. She was attentive and fast. Our local Chili's needs to step up their game. We may make the hour drive just to come back.

My son and I used to always go for lunch at Chilis in Port Charlotte fl when he was younger it was our favorite place

Honestly I’m a huge Chili’s fan I eat at chili’s a lot but this was the first time I had ate at this location. Long story short worst experience EVER and I have been in the food industry for 13 years and I usually tip very well like VERY well if the service is up to par.
Tonight no I’m sorry but my server didn’t even check on us not 1 time and the food I ordered was absolutely hard as a rock.
So I will probably not go to this location again.

I want to express my thanks to Chilis for their awesome support of Veterans on Veterans Day. My wife and I both disabled Vets went to Chilis last night to check out their Veterans Day offer. We went in and were told there is a 30 minute wait but she said we could sit on a high top in the bar area. She thanked us both for our service.
We sat down and looked at the Vets menu. The bacon-chicken quesadillas caught our eye. I didn’t think it was going to be enough so I also ordered some southwest egg rolls. The food and drinks arrived very fast. And too my surprise the quesadillas were more than a meal and they were absolutely awesome!
We will be choosing this from now on when we hit Chilis. The food, the service and the atmosphere was just outstanding! Chilis made us feel special.

I have been dining at Chili’s for over a decade and can’t understand how they manage to keep the same prices. To be quite honest their prices rival those of fast food restaurants. Their quality remains intact and the staff is sooo damn helpful. My sever ensured that my absolutely delicious mango sweet tea refills kept on coming. The atmosphere is cheerful, the place is so clean and well organized, but I still can’t believe how they have their 3 for $10. This is what I got…bottomless mango ice tea, a crunchy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries and chips and salsa.. my total was $11.76 with taxes. They have a lot on the menu to choose from and I got so much food, I had to get several to go boxes and a full refill of my drink to go as well. I love this place!!!!
