A couple of weeks ago, I had an appetite for some babyback ribs. They were sold out. When we were seated, the waitress told us that if we signed up for their Chili's app, there was no charge for the tortilla chips and salsa. We were charged for them. I asked the waitress to remove them and were told the manager would have to do it later, our card had already been run, but we would see a credit on our credit card. There was never a credit issued.

The service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean. They stayed on top of our drinks and were very friendly with the kids. They also suggested us menu items to try when we were looking for what good appetizers to try. The food was cooked to perfection. the manager came by and checked on us. We will definitely be back from the service to the food. Everything was top-tier.

Chili's always puts on a good impression. After three tries I have to be clear in my opinion. The pluses first. They always greet you as soon as they see you and your party. Depending on the crowd you can be seated right away, or you can wait for a while. We were seated right away all three times. The waiter was attentive with our ordering our meals. And when we mentioned something it was taken care. The minuses. Several different items were not served as ordered. The drinks were not made well. My brother received watered down tea unsweetened and my arnie palmer was 90% lemonade instead of half tea and half lemonade. We brought it to the attention of our waiter and he fixed it. It took a long time to serve the food. My brother ordered the half rack of ribs and sides, I ordered the smokehouse combo with two entrees and two sides. The food came and the Mexican street corn was awesome! The fries were good too! The ribs were not as advertised. My brother got the wrong sauce and his ribs were overdone. My sauce was kinda burnt and my ribs were overdone too. My Nashville Hot tenders were rather bland and Nashville hot is supposed to be hotter than the rest. The scales tilt in favor of the poor review. I do not recommend this particular establishment in Port Charlotte.

Such a great experience, the kitchen staff should get the tip we left the bartenders! Food was hot, fresh, fast service and exceeded our expectations following several hours of delays before we were bale to stop for lunch! Our bartender was working hard, he even had to change out the keg for the beer my fiance ordered moving a much larger, fuller and heavier keg to make it happen when he could have suggested a different beer rather than doing the right thing. George did the right thing! We appreciate service that provides a great experience. Thanks Chili's

Food was great, service was great. The table we sat at had wood rotted out and water damage with chip painting and part of the windows ledge breaking off. We have pictures and video but can’t upload them. I’m not sure how it can even be open to public seating where we were.

Very nice experience, fun atmosphere, good servers. Great menu selection we had the triple dipper you select three items from a varied selection so ? tasty, the quesadilla salad and a bacon burger all were good. For the cocktail I got a spice a Rita margarita they did not skimp on the liquor it was ? fantastic that's how a margarita should be made, you can actually taste the liquor in it 10/10. I can't wait to get back to Florida or wherever Chili locations are in the USA.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have a gluten free menu (on kiosk at table). I have not gotten sick, but if you are super sensitive, or have a bad allergy, there will be cross contamination because the kitchen is all shared space. To be GF, they would need a dedicated fryer, grill, away from the rest of the kitchen. I usually get the same thing, the unlimited soup, salad, and chips and salsa, and I constantly get coupons in my email for a free appetizer, drink, or BOGO 50% off an entree. They send a coupon for a free desert for you birthday and you don't have to use on the exact day. I can't eat any of their deserts, but whoever I am with can and I use it for them. I don't drink alcohol anymore but there are happy hour drink specials 2 for one. I think they are now BOGO 50% off. No coupon needed. They have a full bar, TV's that are tuned to different channels and when sports are on, you can always go to watch a game. There are lots of them in the bar area, where I like to sit because it is away from the larger tables with families and you do not have to wait, seat yourself, when they don't have a table in the dining area. The employees are always friendly. At every location, and lunch is very reasonably priced, a huge menu, and lunch specials.

If it is raining , you will get soaked. Very limited handicap spaces. If add a parking you can park over where Outback is or the mall parking lot which at night is very dark after everything closes because I think it's the Dillard's and that's been closed as well. in order to get into the door you have to swing open to heavy doors and there used to be before pandemic times somebody that would open that door for you and they would be there to greet youKid-friendliness: There's a special kids menu they have the usual Spurs chicken tenders quesadilla pasta and a side and a drinkWheelchair accessibility: Very uneven type of parking lot where the ramp is it is it's kind of steep and if you look there's a storm drain or something and that's where you would roll backwards if you are using a wheelchair. The real issue is the Red Devil doors that you have to get through there's very little space for two people to CNN and you have to go around the doors then go in and open up other ones so you're holding doors you're taking turns basically opening the doors but if you're pushing someone in a wheelchair you're not going to be able to do that.
