Absolutely horrible customer service

Ordered on Uber eats so stuck with the food . But this was the worst take out Chinese food experience everything and I mean everything was so bland and tasteless. The crab Rangoon was over cooked on the tips but the middle was undercooked. I had moo goo gai pan and the sauce was basically tasteless and there was peppers and onions in it which isn’t supposed to be in there and the rice was bland. we also ordered a vegetable lo mein that was an edible of $15. My friend had general souls and that was also bland. She ordered white rice so it tasted how white rice should the only thing that tasted right was the eggrolls, which are probably already premade I normally don’t write reviews, and normally love almost every place I go to get takeout Chinese food so bad I had to leave A review

Sure the food may be decent depending the the plate you get, but all in all its bad. You have the cooks in the back making inappropriate noises and gestures towards the cashiers. How do they let that slide does no one put their foot down? Apparently the owner doesn't know what underlying things are going on.

This place is such a mess now we spent almost 50 & they gave us the wrong order by mistake an order worth like 20 dollars.
I called 8/21/24 @ 8pm and she said sorry and left it at that.

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the pork with mixed veg combo and the bourbon chicken combo with an egg drop soup. The pork plate was absolutely horrendous. Pork had lots of fat and was very gristly. Bourbon chicken was pretty good but it was extremely disappointing to see such a huge difference in the meals. For $30 I expected better. I will not be back. Huuuuuge letdown.

I went in and placed that to go order! Ordered shrimp, chow mein combination and sweet-and-sour chicken combination! At around 4:30 last Thursday! Horrible the fried rice was so dry and the chicken chow mein was so dry. They never even gave me a packet of soy sauce or sweet-and-sour sauce o’clock. It was just awful $26 later. I will never go back again! How can they put dried food like that no conscience! No excuse for the people who have been blessed with good food. I’m happy for you, but I had a terrible experience and now I will never go back there again! So you lost the steady customer! No skin off their nose I’m sure but I had to get this off my chest! Thank you!

The food didn’t taste good at all. My daughter got sick a few hours later. Seemed like grease wasn’t changed in awhile.

I had the Lg House Special with Lo Mein Noodles, the portion was large, and the food was hot and fresh.

great food! prices are hard to beat! cooks and hosts are super nice and very communicate very good over the phone and in person. food tastes fresh and satisfying. Inside the restaurant it’s very clean and i often see the hostess on their hands and knees scrubbing something ?

Vegetarian options: they have a veggie option on their menu

Kid-friendliness: they have a little gumball machine that the kids adore and the hosts are super sweet about handing out quarters for it

My chicken wings were over cooked almost like they were old a reheated. My shrimp fried rice was over cooked and tasted funny. My shrimp egg rolls only had a few shrimp in it. The egg drop wasn't as good as it once was but about the only good thing. We drive from North Port because they were always amazing. Sadly like so many food places quality and taste has been taken away. Not sure if we'll be going back.

Food was tasteless, beef with broccoli had some kind of mystery meat and overall worst I’ve had, and expensive as well. No second time as it’s not authentic food. As I was waiting I heard a microwave and when I got home I realized the rice is precoooked and reheated to a mass of rice goop. I hated to waste all the food but it went into the garbage. I do not recommend ?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered from here tonight, got home and noticed that my order was missing one item. I called them and they said they would replace it, so I started to get in my car and they called me back. They said that the cook said he put it in the bag,so I'm lying and they couldn't replace it. Then I was asked if it fell out? I told her no,or there would be a mess in my car and I wouldn't have called. My order had everyone's food except for mine. I am a diabetic taking insulin and now had nothing to eat. I was told that they could ask their manager if they could credit my card and I could just come buy another meal. Why the hell would I come buy another meal when I already paid,didn't get my order, and you're not even sure if you can credit my card for the one item! I will find something to eat while my family enjoys the expensive food I just bought, where I will never buy from again. This is NOT how you treat customers!
